Over the next week I will be taking a look at DGC,OPAL and XCN, if i can do it in less than a week, i may add another.
For those talking about exchange prices, there is little i can do except maybe introduce new features and upload code. The marketing and hype are community issues.
If you take a look at my chosen code base, I am basing everything on Bitcoin 0.12 with experimental branches for 0.13. This is because i am not yet completely sold on segwit. So i leave it to communities to choose what they want. IMO, let segwit run a couple months on Bitcoin, then if there are truly no catastrophic problems in that time, update. Its just a cherry pick when you are starting from 0.12 after all.
edit: As always, it will be up to the communities to accept my work and/or use it.

Dead coins is dead, but the sure one is everyday a new coin will born and replace the dead one with better strategy and many else. I won't revived the dead one though.
I don't want to see these come back but they don't get much shittier than Panda and Flappy. That is if you're looking for a real challenge.
Doge coin would be nice to see come back alive.
Hopefully those coins i still have like deur, xmo, pulse, bac, rubbies.. This are some of the coins i think is dead/dying.... Hopefully those whales would have a look at this coins, you might wan't to pump it...lol

I came across two coin that looks dead but still worth to revive,Bioscryptos and chesscoin,this coin has potential,there were slight movement in volume but there's a need for a big pump for these coins for investors to notice this coin again.
for dying coin, decred and xcn, i like the mini blockchain idea in cryptonite(xcn) coin, and decred for the good new innovative pos system, for dead coins i don't know but if they are died it's because they were really bad project
Decred looks like it is alive and has active development unless I'm wrong. Not familiar with Cryptonite coins, but i think i can do it, will study the source code.
I am uploading new Quatloo code to github today for user assessment, i will give them a few days to look through the code. meanwhile, i will investigate all suggested coins, and pick which ones i can work on. I will update later today on which one(s) i will do this coming week.

I think the OP doesn't talk about coins dead on exchanges. You need whales to revive price and volume of coins, not a mechanic lol
