i don't regret what i've lose already from gambling and we cna't avoid losing more money when we play the more we trigger to play the more greedy we are, the fact is when i already lose and lose temper i rest and much better to watch movies i didn't want too chase bets when we learn something we applied it to our self to know more about the game but isn't that the gambling it self is changing?

Rather than have to wasting time to chase uncertain thing regularly .

This is easier said than done. We all know that addiction is one losing their impulse control, so how would it be easy to regain it? If you need determination, it only means it will take a lot of effort from us to do certain stuff and that is not easy.

I think not the losing gambler gamble again and again but those gamblers who are not much expert and sometimes win and sometimes lose then he have a thought in his mind that he is able to win so he for the good time bet again and again. In that way he continue to lose his money and he gamble continuously.
