bitcoin is a payment system and currency fields that are popular today. bitcoin will not die as long as there are communities that use

Yeah if people continue to use it then I don't think it will ever die and the community is growing at a moment so more users will lead to higher price of bitcoin  in coming years.

Yes, I think this is inevitable. Being here on this forum for years one could get an impression that everybody is already aware of what Bitcoin is and why it's good to use it. But unfortunately that impression is wrong. The vast majority of the people of the world haven't even heard of Bitcoin yet. I know how it sounds but that's true.

So Bitcoin has a great potential, no doubt.

I dont expect bitcoin to die soon enough, lol that would be bad for traders and investors. However the concept of "dying" is difficult to interpret I can say that price volatility leading to the price of bitcoin = 0USD will not happen anytime soon. It is popular and people are buying/selling it everywhere.

I think that btc does not die soon. It's possible that the price will drop or an alternate digital currency will overtake it. But it will struggle for existence.

Bitcoin wont die there is so much money in bitcoin that it cant die that easily it will be atleast years from now that it will still exist and I wonder how high the value can actually go to.

I cant tell how far it will go but I know this is not its limit. Many things will happen including projects that will open up for the purpose of making bitcoin more popular in many countries.

Most  of  us have the same perception about bitcoin and majority of us here have  high hopes for bitcoin to last for more longer years since  its already developing  and  adoption is increasing and we cant  stop that to happen, in fact the more   its adopted  the more would increase its price and  somehow it would  make bitcoin last longer.

Bitcoin will probably die when another cryptocurrency takes over. Until then bitcoin won't die cause the idea is so new and fresh still that it will keep existing until someone does it better again.

I don't think BTC will ever die. eve if thousands of user will say it will i don't think the whales will let btc die instantly. if it will it die, it will die gradually and may even come to life again just like the dead coins that's been resurrected.

It's like you're asking when are you going to die. Bitcoin will never die as long there are buyers, sellers, and users. Many people are using bitcoin right now as a virtual money that they're using when they're buying online and other transaction because it is better than cash when you're buying online. Bitcoin will remain standing as long as there are people that's keeping it's cycle alive.

The bitcoin will always die sometimes because i know for sure that there are not enough peopel who will stay true to the bitcoin as the price will drop that low after just something happens.

When the price of bitcoin is low or decrease then investors buy coins as much as they can and sell these coins when price increase and get profit. People are happy when price is low because they get a chance to make some profit, there are very few people who are unhappy with that and bitcoin will never die because of its importance in the market.

The mining is becoming too expensive and none profitable. I think that will bring uᴉoɔʇᴉq to an end. Another problems is that there is only a few miners left controlled by a few making them controlling moondollars. It's no longer the currency of the people but a currency of the few rich companies that runs the show.....but for how long can the continue?

I have been looking at Rimbit  instead since it is premined and therefore don't need the middleman with the expensive hardware for transaction validation. Instead the validation is done by the wallet's running on peoples computers. As I see it it's a currency for the people and it will stay that way. Sadly it's still fairly unknown.

Time will show how long moondollars survive but my guess is not more than 3 years......please challenge that statement with serious arguments.

i think bitcoin can never be go to die because of its use and quality of privacy and simplicity . the matter of mining bitcoin is not a problem . it is like to making new bundle of notes in our country . if less no. of bitcoin is available in online then rates will be high and if available in bulk then rates will be less . so there will be no effect of mining in bitcoin future .

Price volatility will not kill some miners if it crashes lower than 200 dollars. But the difficulty can readjust and miners can hop back in when they feel it's profitable. So price volatility shouldn't kill bitcoin.

And then there are rumours spreading so people can crash the price of bitcoin and they themselves can buy a shitload and store as investment for themselves.  We can also see various scam projects to steal money from users in the form of bitcoin. So what I am saying is, all these "end of bitcoin news" is just to panic new users or uneducated users to dump there bitcoins.

Bitcoin is a lot stronger these days with the number of people using it constantly growing. Chances that a price drop kills Bitcoin completely is very small, it could still happen but it would take a pretty serious incident for people to just forget about it and move on. The recent Bitfinex hack is a good indication of how far Bitcoin has come, the price dropped from around $650 to ~$490 and almost immediately started recovering. It took just over 24hrs for the price to jump back to around $550.

end of mining don't mean bitcoin will die . it will ends when bitcoin reaches 21 million bitcoins . but that will take long time .

How did you know that bitcoin will ends when it reaches 21 millions? What is your basis to calculate this things? I just don't get it! But I do believe everything in this world has an ending part. So in bitcoin I agreed with you it will really take long time.

Bitcoin is not gonna die, mainly because:

1. Technically better coin can't kill bitcoin - we have technical capabilities to resolve any standoff.
2. There is too much at a stake - people invested billions in bitcoin mining, startups, projects.
3. It is not easy to shut down, there is no central point of failure. I can't be closed down like Liberty Dollars Reserve was.

True, as long  there are people who buy and use it  it wouldnt surely die easily because  adoption would  help  it  to develop more and sustain its pace on upcoming years. AS we can see on the development of  bitcoin in past 7 years  before it was created we could really say that  its already successful.

I do not know when Bitcoin is going to die because it is going to depend on how Bitcoin is going to do in the future.
They have to make sure that they will become bigger and make it out there.
