Let me ask another question then:

1. Stage 1 is aiming to sell 20% of all ePawncoins.
2. What happens if you announce its end before all the 20% are sold out?

There's no closing date for stage 1 . Thanks for your continued support.

Cool, so I guess then when a fixed price is set, how does that work?

So if I have 20 ePawn, and the fixed rate is at 1 dollar each, who pays for that?  Do I sell ePawn to the devs only?  If that's the case how do you ensure you have enough capital to pay out if people decide to cash out all their ePawn at the fixed rate?

If the fixed rate is a rate which people have to trade at, I don't understand how that will work because sure some in the community may "decide" 1 dollar is a good rate, but everyone else may be completely unwilling to pay that thus stagnating the coin.

Could you explain a bit more for me? Thanks.

Obviously I meant that the first stage should continue until all 20% of the epawncoins are sold.
And if you make an IPO where you say first stage ends when you decide and no one knows, this will look not fair as it can be pre arranged or fixed by muggy deal. I myself would not take part under this conditions, sound like predetermined fast ponzy scheme within closed circle of people.

Yup.  There needs to be a set date so it is fair and we can all ensure that there is no insider trading, or at least to the best of our ability.  Why is a "late investment" treated any differently than an early investment at that stage?  An investment = investment, no?  Giving no closing date is a bad idea in my opinion, and I also would not take that risk.

What do you mean it will close without warnings? It must close when all 20% are sold, mustn't it?

Exuse me, but this is not serious. How can stage 1 set stage 2s price when there will be no limit on that. What if he says 1 milion dolars per coin? Who will buy-noone. There should be a price limit.

OMG They bankrupt? like MtGox?

It seems they are launching a new exchange platform with zero wallet balance and removing the old platform for later auditing to determine the debts per users.

They were insolvent for a long time and try to cover it up by issuing shares and fake private take over of $500,000 buyout by that guy on YouTube video?Huh?  I can't remember his name.
