I remove all files except wallet.dat and ShibeCoin.conf in ~/.ShibeCoin
and git clone source code to compile .

After sync, I found my money short.

K I didn't mean it like that... if he's a dev of the coin and does good work then great... just public relations might be better for someone else.

i just updated my wallet, But all my shibe is gone i can see al my transactions but there is no balance

so 7.5 is the fix? K that makes sense (lol 7.3 is hovering in between 100-150 blocks left)  does it matter my wallets is minting coins when I close it and update?


I've been saying it from the start, even with a "ninja mine" as they're calling it... if the original core of miners who got the first bunch of big rewards blocks are "true shibes" they'll use their overabundance to benefit the coin and it's growth then it'll probably do better than most coins could dream of doing. if the dev's keep working and the shibes keep supporting then the sky is truly the limit. if the opposite happens then we all know what will happen. I went in on Shibe more than I normally would on a new coin but I think it was a smart choice and it'll take more than a fork or 2 to shake that confidence ... not having to wait days for wallet update is a phenomenal sign that theres some hard working shibes here. still might take a day or so to get me to buy in any deeper but no chance in hell you'd get me to sell any of what I have already.

I started mining this coin about a week ago. Its been plagued with being called a ripoff and scam and such, and nobody really has any information to prove that. And honestly i still dont know, but after getting banned in #shibecoin channel on freenode for asking why my tipbot funds were gone, everyone had told me that the coins had been scammed or stolen. So I was like whatever, I didnt have much in there anyways, so i didnt really care. But after returning later and asking for a update on the coins and asking if they had been scammed or stolen or what the problem was, i was directed to another channel where i could recieve my coins. Apparently loq and the TIPBOT dev had been having some IRC drama, so loq banned him from #shibecoin. (I'd really like to know the truth behind that, because as you will see later in this post I think loq might be suffering from something). After returning to #shibecoin to notify the channel that ##tipbots channel didnt have my small amount of coins eitheir  I was attacked by loq and his buddies. For some reason loq thought i was accusing him of stealing the coins, which I did not in any way. Now i dont know if loq was under stress or whatever his problem was but he banned me from the chat. I then went into another channel im familar with to notify some friends that #shibecoin was not a good place to be, and that your coins could be stolen. I was attacked by loq's buddies there too, and they must have notified him because he then began this private message thread with me. I find it interesting how defensive and paranoid he his.

Now, i know my behaviour isn't anything grand in the above conversation and quite honestly it never is. But I was simply asking some questions and when i got the wrong answers i foolishly believed them. I never called loq a scammer, or the coin a scam, but i did warn people to stay away from #shibecoin channel because of the drama.

But now i look at loq's behaviour, the above conversation, him constantly kicking people out of chat and banning them for asking questions? He was attacking people for complaining about the fork. Once i add up all that, I have to say I’m really worried for anyone investing into this coin. With such an erratic developer (and i don’t even know if loq is the developer, thats just what he told me) I would be scared to have anything invested in this coin. Any more problems and this guy will probably rage quit and purposely destroy the coin.

I usually don't engage in this type of drama, I don’t even have a bitcointalk account, but I was hoping that this post my get some exposure here and not get kicked out of any more chat rooms for asking questions or raising concerns.

Is he threatening me? I'm not really sure exactly what that meant, but I had a friend go to jail because he said the exact same thing to a girl one time that snitched him on. He called and asked her if she was suicidal because of what she did. IDK, kinda sounds like a threat to me. What do you guys think?

well ya look at how many more asian people there are compared to the rest of us, including India and all the little countries not too mention how many are living all over the globe... lol ya it is a brilliant concept. you can keep your hello kitty coin if your into that sort of thing but I'm sure it wouldn't do any worse than some of the coins.

I'm not even rag'n on shibecoin, the concept of playing to the doge community and having a sibling coin is awesome... just the descending rewards made for a sh!t load of butt hurt people... which makes for a lot of people spreading fud or giving you guys a hard time on here. I mined from pretty early on and still think what I think lol and even with what I think I still bought a shwack when it was 250 sato's cause I still see potential.

coin will probably still do well but it will be inspite of the "ninja mine" as they put it, and deff could have done better even with a fork or 2.

Of course there is... you'd have to be pretty dense not to see the potential in AC

10 mill total coins (6 + mill in pow) evenly distributed through the entire 2 weeks (not last ones in get table scraps) and 15% interest ya Badger has a good shot at sticking around, and even with the extra 30 mill AC they had to leave in circulation, the even distribution and 100% interest lol ya it'll do all right.

the descending rewards set up works fine for coins that take months to half but when it's crammed into 2 weeks then it's just cheesy sh!t. the concept of having a lower quantity pos sister coin to doge is great and could have been that much better.
