From my opinion, it is important to know the project behind the meme token.
It is also not that important and ensures that it will not vanish over time. The hype surrounding memecoin is that many people are unaware of how it works and makes sense. though it can be profitable for many people, as the hype and navigation in nature lead to a pump dump in this space with things like that. As such, they seriously confuse gambling with investing.

From my opinion, it is important to know the project behind the meme token.
If the project is good, it will create some dapps with real use case so the token won't be dead later.
Sustainability of meme token comes from the project, the token won't get delisted if the project still developing.

This is the main reason I don't want to store meme coins for a long time, just hit and run, I'm afraid that it will be deleted quickly without us noticing. and this deletion often occurs in new coins that are listed on the exchange and are abandoned by investors when they get their capital back
Memes should only invest in hit and run, absolutely not for long term especially when we are in a bear market. All memes and shitcoins will die one by one once its hype wears off.
Before tokens are delised from exchanges, I always see exchanges giving investors a period of time for the investor to transfer them to a wallet or to another exchange. Delisting will not happen with new tokens which will happen with worthless tokens like memes or shitcoins, once they are no longer volatile and trading volume is not available, they will delist.

You gave a good answer. As you said, cryptocurrency exchanges look at the listing fees and the commissions they receive on these cryptocurrencies. They are obviously not interested in technology and other aspects. When the project starts to fall out of favor, the investor does not care much. They don't really care if people get hurt by delisting.

For this reason, while there are tens or even hundreds of coins and tokens in the crypto money market, of course, a large part of them will be garbage. This is always the inevitable end of the capitalist system and the global economy. Because the existing money does not break down on every cryptocurrency and in this case, no one can make money.

This is a warning to all of you running after meme coins, even if they get listed on top exchanges it doesn't mean they will survive for long, or have you forgotten that many projects got delisted from exchanges after the ICO craze of 2017? The same thing will happen once a tough bear market starts, so many meme coins won't be able to cope with the situation and many exchanges will be forced to delist the tokens.
This is also the case for other Altcoins even though I am not really a fan of meme coins however, I must believe that those that engage in meme coins investments understand those risk and still invests in them cos most exchange will list them for the hype but once they lose that momentum, no surprise when they get delisted.
exchanges team will monitor the developtment progress and also trading volume in any coins that listed, they have profit calculation that be main reason why have to list or delist token or coin. usually exchange will delist token that for long time didnt show any improvemnt especially  trading volume didnt increase. meme coin or another coin will have same treatment there is no differences.

Obviously there is always risk to buy and hold those altcoins which are not strong enough in terms of volume and adoption. Big crypto currency exchanges don't care if it's meme token or not if these altcoins are lossing interest between crypto community then obviously the exchanges will terminate the trading of these kind of altcoins on their platform hence we must consider to hold quality altcoins in our portfolio which are established in crypto market.
This is why to always monitor your wallet, and if you are holding a token that is not that active most probably they will get delisted on the exchanges so to avoid any inconvenience monitor it at least once a month and if there’s a delisting notification you’d better to sell it right away. Meme token is useless, let’s admit this one and start buying a good projects instead.
Yes, but I don't find a way how to dispose of these shitcoins I hold for many years as they haven't yet a market value and an exchanger where I could sell them. Anyway, this is just another story as I have them many years ago. But these possible coin delistings are those coins that have come lately. Exchanges will decide to delist them if they will see no improvement in their trade volume and have no benefits from them.

Well, I see this as a good way to remove shitcoins and leave some space for the potential coins and traders could also spend less time to picked coins as they know that all the coins listed are worth trading.

Agreed with your points, but their existing of meme coin based on the community. As long as we support of the meme coins,it will survive in the market.Like wise delisted will be the possibility for the project which attained huge support then an expected one. When the price of bitcoin was affected by the huge value, this is new option to investors.

The delisting of tokens don't just happen to meme tokens, it happens to all the other projects which doesn't have future.. everyday tokens are being delisted on probit exchange and Bitforex.. those things happens to some projects which are over hyped and now they don't have any working products to offer.
I think that's true because I've also seen a lot of meme tokens and other junk tokens being removed from several exchanges, including the two exchanges you mentioned because the exchanges won't want to keep them all if nothing good is acceptable by the stock exchange in general.

Lack of community engagement is the number 1 reason why token was being delisted on exchange. Fewer talking about the coin means low volume contribution on exchange which is not good on business of exchange since token listing use a lot of data on exchange database. The delisting most often happened on meme tokens because this tokens is garbage and a pump and dump. The token usually don't have volume when the hype is over since nothing is interested to purchase it.
Transaction volume is the reason why many coin delist from exchange market, usually when have coin have drop price drastically and not serious with developer keep building their project become the reason from exchange market delist that coin. Binance is most selective exchange market and when have coins less transaction volume easy delist on their list coins trade, not guarantee with Binance always keep exist with several coins if drop transaction volume drastically.

this honestly heavily depends with the memecoin itself in terms of growth and also development, if the market of a certain memecoin showing a bad sign and that could be low trading volume and market capitalization then
should be ready for the upcoming delisting because most of exchanges requires a certain coin for passing a certain limit of trading volume for mantaining profit generated for this certain listing of a memecoin.
other than that, the memecoin could always remains in a decentralized exchange that doesn’t require that kind of strict requirement because i honestly think that dex is the most suited platform for meme coin.

You bet they will. It will not even hurt them a bit by delisting them after the exchange itself has made profits from their payments using their coin.
Who else is going to dump it? The exchange. Afterward, you will see these meme coins listed in a trash exchange full of scammers around using the chatbox to hype it again.
It is haven't been found notice as these holders never have the time to visit scam exchanges. After it was delisted, nobody thinks it is transferred to other exchanges, that was also what I thought and I really think nobody benefited from this scenario. It is a loss to all parties.
But instead of being worried, I've even happy that we somehow eliminate and decrease the number of shitcoins in the market which also lessens the numbers who have been in the wrong investment.

crypto exchanges only care about trading volume that give them profits to fund all operational cost. alot shit project that will selected by exchanges team ,and analize about it future and developtment progress, they actually want to protect investors too due this delisting. with too many altcoin appear in market today, competition will be very hard and for project that could developt product and create uility will gone slowly.

I think it's also not surprising that such projects exist only in terms of trends, and when these trends lose their appeal and people become aware of their nature, low-quality products are only money-making. The base will die on its own. While not too negative for today's memecoins, I honestly see them as a place where MLM projects operate, many turning themselves into gamblers in an investment space in need of money. knowledge of economics as well as technology.

it's not surprising tho, i mean why there are some tokens that got delisted after all especially if they can't make progress for long time, because indeed if they are a good project they will not end up into such situations..
And tbh i've been here in the space and i have a tokens on my wallet from my previous campaign way back 2018 and some of them are still working good these days.  So its normal and very common situation for a bad projects such meme coins.

Thats likely to happen if we're pertaining to a meme coins. What can we expect? Meme coins mostly are existing due to popularity and hype, it has no use case. If the hype is over, exchanges will going to delist these coins that can possibly turn as dead project, no volume and unsustainable due to fundamental issue. So dont invest in meme coins if you're planning to hold for long period, its quite risky. Its better to choose an established coins because they're unlikely to be delisted on exchanges.

Delisting coins or tokens from any exchanges is something that is common enough. We have seen so many shitcoins that are delisted from the exchanges, from the big exchanges, or even small exchanges. The delisting happens because of some reasons of course. but, commonly the tokens or coins will have very low or no progress of liquidity, and trading volume in certain periods will be signaled to be delisted from an exchange. However, how an exchange will delist the token or not from their exchange may be different.
