This is a warning to all of you running after meme coins, even if they get listed on top exchanges it doesn't mean they will survive for long, or have you forgotten that many projects got delisted from exchanges after the ICO craze of 2017? The same thing will happen once a tough bear market starts, so many meme coins won't be able to cope with the situation and many exchanges will be forced to delist the tokens.

Delisting is carried out by exchanges when the coin becomes uninteresting for investors and, accordingly, the average daily trading volume drops. And when making a decision about delisting, it does not matter whether the coin is a meme or a "useful" altcoin.

In my opinion, these exclusion movements are a natural part of the process and in the past they were made with "coins", that is, when the project does not bring benefits or development in addition to the lack of interest from the community and investors, the tendency is to exclude in exchanges. So all major exchanges know what they are putting into their ecosystem and exist a code of conduct and security where developers of any project know that at any time their project can be delisted.

That's right, the project with the exchange has an agreement that needs to be fulfilled, that is this cooperation should be beneficial for all parties. If for some reason the project is not able to fulfill its obligations, then it is logical that the exchange will be forced to delist this token. If the team admits delisting, then this is a bad sign for the project, in which case it is worth considering whether you need to keep such a token in your portfolio...

I agree with you that sooner or later some of those meme-tokens will get delisted again on those big exchanges and maye also on smaller exchanges again. A few months ago when the shit-coin hype was on it's peak even the biggest exchanges like Binance and Coinbase added meme-tokens to their trading portfolio. Of course this did not happen because those exchanges were thinking that this are projects with great fundamentals and functionality. They added them because those tokens had crazy high trading volume back then and of course the primary goal of exchanges is to make money with trading fees and the more volume the more fees you get. Now that the hype is dying the volume will go down to and sooner or later the first shit tokens will get delisted again.

There is uncertainty in the crypto market right now, all left looks right and all right looks left, all I can advise people is to take profits from altcoins especially those new altcoins and invest the profits back into top altcoins, even if the market crashes later you are still holding a gem.

I remember I have an Aeron coin in my wallet and earlier it has good value. When it has been delisted from the Bittrex exchange I did not calculate the situation properly because of lack of experience at that time so I could not sell it now it is worthless so we should be always careful when a coin is delisted from the exchange. I know when top exchanges delist any coin it impacts the growth of the project to some extent like this investor of meme coins should also be careful if any of the coins are delisted they should have plan B also if anything happens like this.
If you are holding a new altcoin, it is recommended to regularly review the daily trading volume because for altcoins that have been listed there is no guarantee that they can be traded forever, but the fact is that if an altcoin is registered but no longer meets the criteria for trading on an exchange, it is likely that the coin will be delisted from the list.
Daily volume trading most effect to make some altcoin delisting on exchange market, I think you have give best recommended for investor with long term holding on altcoin assets. Every day have to check with transaction volume still potential for increasing up or not, when have less transaction volume have chance for delisting on exchange market beside still have another reason with delisting coin if indicate as scam project or developer got trouble in their country.

Shit exchange don't care.

You should trading with a good reputation exchange, because they also maintenance the token they're listing on the exchange and also check every token performance not only by volume but with the project it self. Shit exchange, only need listing money and then they are gonna to listed no matter have volume or not. They just can easily created bot trading for faking the volume.

This is the main reason I don't want to store meme coins for a long time, just hit and run, I'm afraid that it will be deleted quickly without us noticing. and this deletion often occurs in new coins that are listed on the exchange and are abandoned by investors when they get their capital back

This isn't news.  I bet we are aware of the fact that exchanges require a certain trade volume in order for them to stay listed.  If they don't meet the required volume then they will be delisted in no time but relisting is always an option if the meme coins work hard to gain enough volume or popularity to at least let exchanges relist them.

Absolutely no effect, only certain parties believe that meme tokens are good, the rest I don't think so.

Meme tokens are tokens once take advantage, if they think memes are the best they are totally wrong, it's all caused by doge.

Im not sure about this since not so many meme tokens able to get listed on binance. Majority of legit tokens were getting listed on binance and i rarely seen binance was adding meme token like what binance done in the past. IMO if there will be no massive delisting again by binance to the tokens that already listed on binance. Im sure that when delisting happens and it will be only for project that lack of something like progress. I see that from some tokens that were getting delisted if those tokens lack of demand and the products were not so useful for people.
That was triggering binance to replace it with the quality project

That's not a surprise because it's been a long time happen. Many projects do not survive amid market fluctuations, and projects do not go as planned by the team. That makes many projects lose support from investors, and we may see it when the bear market comes. Crypto markets themselves need to update the list of coins or tokens in their place to continue to make a profit. So if you see one or two coins or tokens are no longer working as they should, you should leave them and look for other coins or tokens that can give you an advantage.

this kind of thing is common with coins made just to attract investors. when a coin is really developed properly, then the developer will make it last in a good exchange. however, if it gets delisted due to developer error, then that's a common occurrence for coins that don't have development, especially on popular exchanges. I've never heard that delisted tokens will be re-listed on the same exchange. however, when a delist occurs on a good exchange, that's a bad sign for holders, and I'm pretty sure panic selling will ensue. Well, meme coin often happens like that, there are often rug pulls, where the project will be abandoned after being listed on the exchange.

Yes it's true meme coin trading is not looking clear and we may see many meme coins that will be delist from exchanges because of Low marketcap. Most of meme coins are listed on Bitmart and coinsbit. Coinsbit liquidity is very low while in bitmart token are still struggling. Very soon the daily volume will be zero which cause token delisting.

Not only coin memes that have the potential to be delisted from the market, but when the popularity of a crypto loses fans, trust and often rampant irrational price manipulation, all of them will have the potential to be kicked out of any market. In addition, the bear market which will add to the coin is no longer attractive to traders. Only Bitcoin will always provide a safe place even though in the long term the bear market comes.

So all those risks regarding meme coin are well known, but most of its users are too optimistic. It's as if a bear market won't crush prices.

I hope I could see the link just to verify the claims.
Well, it was good for me if this will happen, we indeed cleaning up the market that is now filled with shitcoins and meme (joke) coins.

Yes, we have delisting of some projects before and I think this become a cycle now. I could see that many years from now, this will even be going to happen again. But this will not even help to clean my wallet loaded with useless coins, I was then able to see it automatically.

but it doesn't apply to doge or shib, these two meme coins are the best of the best so it's impossible to delisting from the exchange. for other coins maybe, and it will suffer the same fate as the 2018 crash. the low volume coins will be delisted first. after that coins from the project shit, and coins that fell very deep also did not escape the delisting. So watch what you buy from now on.
Yes I believe that Shiba inu will keep its volume high not matter what but only token value will dump, im waiting for such an opportunity to buy as many Shiba tokens I can buy, but others like Safemoon and Dogs of elon aren't so strong, anything can happen in their cases.
