It means that you don't have the full blockchain and you're not in sync with the rest of the network. what does that mean??

I had S9 on coinz.at. Worked fine for me. Get about 7000 coins and now staking well.
Update wallet please to latest version. I had lots of trouble before and now everyting up and running. Coins come in over 24 ours/day
