English is an international language so i think every users form bitcointalk must know English. Not everyone knows proper English. But everyone knows basic English more or less. And there are many 3rd party websites and apps for English to other languages translation on online. Through which one can easily translate English to another language. so i Don't think it is a big problem. English is enough for support language

Sounds not that good to have support but cant understand/speak English while English is an International Language
Yas.bet needs to have better live support agent, I dont think it does not cost that much to have support agent who can speak English fluently.
It is just unfortunate to see that a casino that accept players worldwide but has no support agent who cant speak English.
Owner needs to consider this because it is very basic but important service that should not be missed.
