i even submitted my case in scam section and still no answer in there


I just checked your thread in the scam accusations section and I noticed it was locked.
Did you lock it yourself? Because in general, you are not supposed to lock a thread where you have such a problem until your issue has been solved, specially when you make reference to that thread there, saying you have received "no answer in there", obviously if the thread is locked a response from anyone is impossible.

Anyways, I hope you case is cleared and you can get your money back as soon as possible, since it seems to be an important amount of money.

So yasbet in considered a scam bookmaker in my opinion and all you do is spreading the scam by advertising it !

I think the best thing for Yesbet to do is to make sure they get the manager to settle all outstanding payments and make it a top priority to resume their signature campaign through one of the reputable managers already suggested to them on this thread.
Launching the signature campaign will keep their visibility on this forum and also help to end every mid-interpretation that may arise from the activities of the previous management.
The payment issue depends on the communication between Yasbet and Gianluca though. Technically Gianluca should have posted a message in the campaign thread if he was waiting for funds or communication from the casino. He should have been trying to communicate with the casino a few days to a week before the campaign ran out of funds to see what the next step was.

Now I don't know if there was or wasn't communication but there wasn't a pause or waiting to hear from casino post.

Tried to contact the manager and @YASBET several times about the unpaid week despite of doing your work and still no response from them.
Too bad to experience this with this campaign. Hope to get a response for this, and I hope they can get a good manager to handle their new campaign,

My opinion is that taking care of the campaign and keeping in touch with the owners is the manager's responsibility. He should know whether the campaign will continue before the new period begins. Any changes to the terms of the campaign should be announced before those changes take effect. At least, that's how respectable managers work here.

If you weren't aware the campaign was closing, that would also be your fault as you should always keep an eye on the campaign thread. It's not matter of wearing a signature (I have helped even for free some users here on forum) but make this announcement on the middle of the week is not fair for people involved.

I hadn't looked to see when payments were actually due so that's def my bad. I also don't see any announcement from the manager in the campaign thread stating there was a delay or the campaign needed to pause while he waited for an answer. IMO this would be the managers fault for not communicating to the users.

The casino owes me 24,727 USD & 2345 EUR.
They can deduct a fee (because of breaking the bookmaker rules) (i haven't used any bonuses and the only reason of creating multiple accounts as I've mentioned several times is low withdraw limit)
And close my multiple accounts (I'll continue to make bets using your bookmaker if you can change withdraw limits up to 100k USD otherwise i won't)
Was creating multiple accounts solved the low limition of the withdrawal? As for me the way I look at it, they would understand the issue as a scam attempt because of the multiple accounts. So I don't think they will release you funds without a solicitor to involve in the case. And if you have contacted their support team and they asked you to wait then wait a while before taking another action because there are procedures to follow in a case like this. Multiple accounts in one casino company or site is a serious offense. Even though their payment system was very small for a withdrawal, you would have laid a complain in the customer care service box and hear from them to know the reason why they limited the amount of withdrawal. But now you have put yourself in a big trouble.

What might be the problem why you change Gianluca? There are many campaign manager here that offer the same service, I can refer to the most trusted managers such as Hhampuz, yahoo62278, CryptopreneurBrainboss, icopress and other reputable campaign manager here in this forum. I believe that they offer fair service charges and I think no one up to this date have an issue with them regarding on how they manage their campaigns.
