Change is in your hands
You can move this thread to the "Scam Accusation" section. The move option will be at bottom left.

My take is your browser proly bugged out. You will have a really difficult time here convincing users here that it was a bug on their end which caused this mess. These kinds of Bugs are often hard to reproduce, So Good luck with that. Anyway, Can you post the history of your "Free Credits" bets?

P.S Upload screenshots to Imgur and just paste the imgur urls here.

Okay folks. It's on. Now I'm going to open up my WRATH on these f*cking ANIMALS. Here's the new reply I got from these PIGS:

Hello Frank,

I checked your account further and I see that you made a bet in blackjack (0.03 btc) only a few minutes after the money got credited to you. If it hadn't been credited successfully, you wouldn't have managed to play the game, that is why I assume that the funds got credited successfully and the reason why you don't see any funds is because you lost them, not because the money wasn't credited.
Best regards,

Diana

No credits ever showed up in my account, and I was only playing with the test credits. Of course,if I would have seen the 0.03 BTC show up as credit in my account I would have immediately stopped playing the demo and started to play with my actual BTC. They could easily make this claim up. I believe that 0.03 BTC is equal to 300 credits in their Blackjack game. If I'm not mistaken, I was refreshing the blockchain record page of the transaction, and even on the 4TH confirmation there was no message about the credits being made to my account. In the past, the credit showed up with a pop-up menu. What they seem to be accusing me of is BOTH not heading a pop-up message, and then not adjusting my betting to account for the switch-over from test credits to actual BTC (which NEVER showed up in the account). I was watching it the whole time. Now they are saying that I magically decided to bet EXACTLY the ENTIRE 0.03 BTC in ONE F*ING HAND!!!! Why would a reasonable player even do something like that?

I have a screenshot of the image of the "record" this BABOON is referring to, but I can't figure out how to post it here. I will copy-paste the text of the table (below), and try to figure out how to post the image. Look at the top entry, which is the where this sociopath is accusing me of just deciding to magically bump my bet up from the ( 0.00x range) SUDDENLY up to a one-time bet of 0.03 BTC. You can see CLEARLY from ALL of the other entries that I never bet more than .003 (and that was actually a major bet (during a streak). Is it just me, or does it seem a bit ODD (when you look at all of the data below) that I would just up ad bet the ENTIRE 0.03 Bitcoin in one hand immediately after it was credited to my account??? Please tell me I am NOT crazy in making this deduction.

These people have essentially just STOLEN 0.03 of my Bitcoin (which is worth around $220 USD --> $7,337 USD/BTC (CoinGecko) x 0.03 = ~ $220.00 USD, and now I'm going to open up a can of WHOOPASS on these ANIMALS.

Get ready BitcoinVideoCasino.... The fun is just beginning...

[UPDATE]

While I wait for the 360 seconds ( six hours ) of waiting time before I can post in the "scam" section, as suggested, I sent the customer service the following follow-up email, so hopefully influence them to rectify the situation, or else I will continue with my campaign. It should be interesting to see if they are reasonable enough to do the right thing:

Hello Bitcoin Video Casino customer service (“Jia” and/or “Diana”),

As it has now been a good 10+ hours since I made my deposit of 0.03 BTC into your casino, into account:

https://bitcoinvideocasino.com/?account_key=bc6db4fe4e1ed7090dd5c4f4ae337e4d

the same way as I had done (successfully) earlier in the week (deposited 0.03 BTC and withdraw 0.04 BTC – really small money in the grand scheme of things), and since your response has shown that you claim the fund HAVE arrived, but you don’t seem to be able to simply credit my account appropriately, based on the transaction evidence I have provided to you, I have gone ahead and taken the more PRO-ACTIVE measure of beginning to report the FACTS (with evidence) of this experience to the widen bitcoin community (starting at Bitcointalk.org ) with the following first post:

Deposited 0.03 BTC to BitcoinVideoCasino (funds arrived, but not credited)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/deposited-003-btc-to-bitcoinvideocasino-funds-arrived-but-not-credited-5213159

which will then be followed with a second post in the “scam” section of that forum, depending on how fast and appropriately you handle my current situation.

As you can see from one of the reputable posters in the above post, do you REALLY want to draw negative publicity over a MEASLY 0.03 BTC Huh Even good “scammers” are more astute than that in determining the ROI on such a tactic.

So, since I am a new member of the Bitcointalk forum I will need to wait another three hours before I can make my post in the “scam” section of that forum. If you make this go away properly I will REFRAIN from making that post. That is, I want my 0.03 BTC credited to my account, after which time I will play until I either lose that 0.03 BTC, or get it up to 0.04 BTC  and then withdraw (just like I did earlier in the week). But then this time, considering the aggravation involved in thie current situation, I will likely NOT be playing on your site any more, and will instead use my limited BTC on one of the other casino sites which have more responsive customer service, and better reviews. It is unfortunate that it has come down to this, but I did NOTHING wrong in this situation. It has also reqired a few hours of my valuable time to deal with this, which I am NOT happy about. In fact, what you really SHOULD do is credit me the 0.03 BTC, plus a little extra credits for the trouble. But that is your choice.

So that is what I have to say at this point. If I do not receive a proper response from you within three hours I will proceed to make that post in the “scam” section of BitcoinTalk forum, and then you can deal with the blowback from that.

Not sure what else to say here, so the ball is in your court.

Open a scam accusation against them here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Let them know you’ve done this on bitcointalk.org & if they are being dishonest to you then they’ll likely resolve it quickly as there is a large audience here. They won't want the publicity over such a trivial amount.

LFC_Bitcoin -- I assume that you work for/with the https://bitcasino.io site? If so - and in light of this current crisis with BitcoinVideoCasino - would you recommend that - IF I get my 0.03 BTC back from them - that I try my 0.03 at YOUR casino, instead? Of course, after this current crisis I will be weary to put any more BTC in that site? Might you have any " new player " bonus incentives for me coming over to your site, based on the helpful info you have given here, and the fact that I will want to use my 0.03 BTC in a "less risky" site?

Let me know your thoughts. Otherwise, I could just try to get my 0.03 BTC back and not play on ANY sites.

Thanks.

Yup. I was thinking along the same lines, but wasn't should where to do that. So you provided the perfect info for that. Yup, I was thinking that (in like with basic "game theory") it would NOT be in their interest to risk the bad publicity for a mere ~ $215 USD worth of BTC. I will work on that ASAP and send them the link to the post, and use some diplomatic language so as to get what I want (my 0.03 credited to the account, which I will then play up to hopefully 0.04 and withdraw, and then probably not play again - which is unfortunate, because I have played many times there without problems.) But right now the issue is to not lose that 0.03 BTC. Thanks for the encouragement!

Yup. I tried posting 30 minutes ago, but I am getting a message stating that I need to wait 360 seconds (six hours) before posting a duplicate of this post there. It seems this is a control mechanism on new members (which is understandable). in the meantime I am waiting for another response from email customer service. I will try to stay positive and move through the process in a polite, yet pro-active, manner. Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully this will get solved so I can play (and either lose (but at least actually PLAY to lose) my 0.03 BTC, or win an extra 0.01 and withdraw 0.04 BTC to buy some more "Splinterlands" cards (like I did earlier in the week). I don't see what advantage they have in scamming a small fish like me (with 0.03 BTC) when it is so easy to post about these incidents in these forums. Let's see what happens.

Hi Andy.

1. Yes, as stated in my OP, I have INDEED contacted customer service through their site, and the response was a bit less than to be desired, as I have explained. I will send a tweet at them. But in general they seem to be "not so present". I'm trying to stay positive and move through the proper protocol.

2. Yes, I was considering posting in that official thread you mention, but again, their presence seems to be moot. But I will go ahead and so that, now that you ( a longer-term member ) has suggested that (as I was thinking no one would see my post, because I was considering posting on ANOTHER older thread, but this site gave the message that it would be a good idea to make a new topic, since less people would see a comment on an old post. But I like your idea, and will duplicate my above post on that thread you linked to.

Thanks.

if you post your problem there i think they will answer your problem in a day because they are very active on bitcointalk

Hey everyone. I'm a total newb here, but came upon this forum through Google search for "Bitcoin video casino". So please excuse any etiquette breaches, as this is literally my first post on this site.

The situation is that I've been playing blackjack at BitcoinVideoCasino on and off for several years. I have never had any major issues there. Deposits were credited quick (BTC via Coinbase to the account they provide, and withdrawals have always been quick). So my goal here is to AVOID making accusation as much as possible. In fact, just three days ago I deposited 0.03 BTC (via Coinbase), and the 0.03 BTC was indeed credited after one confirmation, and then I was up to 0.04 BTC and requested withdrawal which was done immediately.

The problem is that this afternoon (around 6-80 hours ago I went ahead and did another 0.03 BTC deposit to a new account provided. The BTC transaction went through (and here is the blockchain record :

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/322zhzfFzMUrnJSsjktBeziz1Tyad2uxin

and the usual pop-up window showed up on the BitcoinVideoCasino site stating that the funds are on the way, and will be posted upon the first confirmation. Then another quick pop-up message came up, but it seemed "glitchy" - as if it was saying that the funds had arrived, but they weren't actually posted to my account (and still aren't after 6-8 hours). So I tried opening the account in multiple browsers, which didn't work, and then finally decided to email admin. In the past (under a different admin, I believe) a few years ago I had an issue, and admin was quite fast at sorting it out. I DID get a response within 1-2 hours, basically asking for the text link to the blockchain transaction (link above). Then the same person said they would check it out. Then a few hours later ANOTHER rep sent me a message (after I sent one to the first rep saying that it hadn't been sorted out,  and the second rep basically wrote:

"We see that the funds got successfully credited to your account. Maybe there was just a delay.
Is the issue resolved now?"

to which I replied something like "Unfortunately, no." I then sent a follow up email an hour later to inform them that I had restarted my computer, run CCCleaner, and still was having the same issue. The funds have NOT been credited to my account. So now I have sent another email stating POLITELY that I had not had any issues in the past with their company, and wish to maintain a positive relationship. I requested that if this can't be sorted out within 24 hours that they simply refund my 0.03 BTC. Although they have at lest responded a few times, I am growing concerned. At the same time I wonder what would be the advantage to them of taking someone's mere 0.03 BTC - only to risk negative publicity. I am NOT making any accusations right now, but I made the 0.03 BTC deposit today based on their consistently positive track record of not messing around. I just want my 0.03 BTC credited to my account, OR refunded back to Coinbase. I don't think that is an outlandish request. I also have some concern that the customer service rep has now admitted that my funds have arrived, but they are not yet posted in my account? I mean, would it be so difficult to go into the system and push a few buttons so that my 0.03 BTC shows up in my account? Something seems fishy. One other thing I noticed, however, is that the free credits also did not reset after I cleared the cache, which is making me thing that there may be some sort of glitch in the system right now. If that is the case, I am okay with that, but would of course want customer care to INFORM me of that, and when they expect to have that fixed.

Any ideas on what I should do at this point? At first I was concerned about getting the credits on my account so I could just play. Now it is the end of the day, and I am growing concerned that this may be a BIGGER problem, which would really suck. So if anyone has some insight into this, and/or if any proper BVC admin folks are reading this, can you please contact me to resolve this. If this is resolved (with my 0.03 BTC credited to my account) I will mark this post as resolved, and not say any negative things about the company. As I said, I have played on their casino for years (like 15 - 20 deposits) and not had this sort of problem. I hope to continue to play there, as I like their simple interface.

Thank for your time. Any feedback is appreciated.
