Absolutely, and we aim to operate as closely as possible with the original ethos of Bitcoin in mind: permissionless transactions and ownership of your own funds. Ideally we would love to enable zero-confirmation play and withdrawals but unfortunately due to the risk of double-spends this just isn't possible for us anymore. There will always be those who try to find workarounds to the system, and even though we have to assess our risk and act accordingly, people finding workarounds is actually a good thing as it encourages development!
Some casinos, but not many, allow users to bet without a confirmation but only allow withdrawal after their deposits got confirmation(s). I don't say your platform should do it and previously I didn't imply it too.
It is my own personal view that good customer support is the 'make it or break it' angle of virtually any business, and so our aim as a team is to be more user-focused and resolve any issues which may come up in as quick a timeframe as possible. No business deserves a pat on the back for that though; it should be something that is expected and delivered!
Customer support is like a face of business and it is very important in this high competitive industry. If your company has poor customer support (like taking too much time, resonse unfriendly or impolite to users), you will easily lose customers to competitors with better customer support.
- We ran signature campaigns here in the past and that's something we'll likely do again at some point in the near future; do you feel that signatures get a fair look here, or do people just tend to pass them by?
- A free raffle is also a great idea -- definitely stay tuned for that one!
- And a prediction contest too, that's always interesting and could certainly be a lot of fun. If you have any areas that you think would be cool to put the spotlight on for a prediction contest we'd love to hear them!
Many casinos run their signature campaigns very long time and I think it gives you evidence that signature campaign is good for brand marketing. Else they will not spend too much money for it.
To run campaign effectively, you must choose good posters, not spammers into your campaign. No one wants to waste time with shitposts.
For raffles, you can get ideas in Collectibles board.
For Prediction Contests, you can get ideas in Games & Round board.
You can contact Hhampuz for details, he is good at it.
