Absolutely, and we aim to operate as closely as possible with the original ethos of Bitcoin in mind: permissionless transactions and ownership of your own funds. Ideally we would love to enable zero-confirmation play and withdrawals but unfortunately due to the risk of double-spends this just isn't possible for us anymore. There will always be those who try to find workarounds to the system, and even though we have to assess our risk and act accordingly, people finding workarounds is actually a good thing as it encourages development!

It is my own personal view that good customer support is the 'make it or break it' angle of virtually any business, and so our aim as a team is to be more user-focused and resolve any issues which may come up in as quick a timeframe as possible. No business deserves a pat on the back for that though; it should be something that is expected and delivered!

• We ran signature campaigns here in the past and that's something we'll likely do again at some point in the near future; do you feel that signatures get a fair look here, or do people just tend to pass them by?

I agree with this solution because Bitcoin and cryptocurrency platforms should be permissionless. And by lifting manual processing trigger on most cases, your team chose a good solution. Users from their side never want to use a platform with poor support and buggy operation. Also if the manual processing takes up to only 3 minutes, that is impressive.

All withdrawals from all sites have indeed been processed. We've also revamped our system on the backend to ensure that manual approval of withdrawal is required only in exceptional cases, and to ensure that we get an immediate notification if manual approval is required so that it can be taken care of as quickly as possible. Have you got your deposit in your account? OP is no more active in this forum, so the only way to reach them is by contacting them through email as what you did. I'm not sure for what reason, and when it happened, but this site decided the best way to make money is to rip people off.....  And, please, don't take my word for it,    bc luckily I only lost 6 zcash, so I can let it go.....

Base payout refers to RTP, progressive jackpot contribution refers to the percentage of a bet amount contributed to the progressive jackpot for the game, total contribution is the sum of base payout and progressive jackpot contribution - in total which is paid out to the players in one or other way.

Upon checking your platform, I was wondering if what are the expected return page will give me and upon checking it there is a percentage that are displayed there.
 Does it mean that those percentage will be our winnings upon wagering any amount of money in your platform? There are like four types of percentage and I am a little
