Absolutely, and we aim to operate as closely as possible with the original ethos of Bitcoin in mind: permissionless transactions and ownership of your own funds. Ideally we would love to enable zero-confirmation play and withdrawals but unfortunately due to the risk of double-spends this just isn't possible for us anymore. There will always be those who try to find workarounds to the system, and even though we have to assess our risk and act accordingly, people finding workarounds is actually a good thing as it encourages development!

It is my own personal view that good customer support is the 'make it or break it' angle of virtually any business, and so our aim as a team is to be more user-focused and resolve any issues which may come up in as quick a timeframe as possible. No business deserves a pat on the back for that though; it should be something that is expected and delivered!

• We ran signature campaigns here in the past and that's something we'll likely do again at some point in the near future; do you feel that signatures get a fair look here, or do people just tend to pass them by?

I agree with this solution because Bitcoin and cryptocurrency platforms should be permissionless. And by lifting manual processing trigger on most cases, your team chose a good solution. Users from their side never want to use a platform with poor support and buggy operation. Also if the manual processing takes up to only 3 minutes, that is impressive.

All withdrawals from all sites have indeed been processed. We've also revamped our system on the backend to ensure that manual approval of withdrawal is required only in exceptional cases, and to ensure that we get an immediate notification if manual approval is required so that it can be taken care of as quickly as possible. In our live testing of this approvals were usually taken care of in under 3 minutes, but since refining the system since then it hasn't been required at all. 

The inactivity was indeed a shame and the new management team is super eager to bring Bitcoin Video Casino back as a popular, fun place to play with a little BTC. Have you got your deposit in your account? OP is no more active in this forum, so the only way to reach them is by contacting them through email as what you did. Please kindly update your case in this thread to let anyone knows about the situation about BVC. Hope you get your deposit in your account already and you can do anything with it.

just made a fairly large deposit on zcash site and account was never credited. have emailed support. waiting for a reply. fuck me.

I'm not sure for what reason, and when it happened, but this site decided the best way to make money is to rip people off.....  And, please, don't take my word for it,    bc luckily I only lost 6 zcash, so I can let it go.....   

But hopefully others will post as well, giving my statement more credibility.....    And I know they have been around 9 years, mainly cuz i've been playing here for 9 years,   but it is what it is, and if your gonna play here, do so at your own risk.......   (Meaning, use your deposits as a tax write off, bc they are gifts.....)

Just out of curiosity, I've been through this before, It always in frustrating, but why do you think its the best idea, after I hit a jackpot, or go to withdrawal a large amount, you disappear for 24 hours, we both know you have read my emails, and got my messages on telegram, why not just say "Yes I'm still alive John,"   no, you literally never do that, you wait, let me squirm for a day or two, then outta the blue just say "OK your withdrawal was processed "
