the developer, the team and community have a huge impact and interconnected to create success in a project. When since the beginning of this done in the next stage is also good then will produce a good impact. So overall it will complement each other and would like a pattern which will be interconnected and all have an important role.
I think, all is important because they all works together hand in hand in order for the project to be successful. And I think team is the major umbrella that covers up all the people behind the project and its features.
Take away any one of this and the chances for that project to succeed is very low, but for me the most important is the developers, if the project is good it will not have a hard time attracting team members and community to support it, it will guaranty success if the platform is really good and the community can use it.

From my opinion, it will be better if the project have a good team. A good team will deliver the full plan in the roadmap.
A good team can maintain the price of the coin/token if they able to buyback the undervalued price token.
