Even if a casino had a 0% house edge, you'd still be on the losing end due to maximum bets allowed. So this really doesn't matter.

With 1m rolls, I got:

18 - 3 - 0.000300000%

I suggest you to try the 100m rolls to see a better picture of what to expect.

I don't believe strategy can exist in a game where you are basically "flipping a coin" You can try and try to figure methods, patterns but the bottom line, it comes down to is you need to guess whether or not your dice are going to hit.

Nope prerolling does not help you anything indeed. Getting some reds in the prerolling stage would not give you a better chance to get greens later on, but as joksim299 said the win chance remains the same.

Yes you can have a slightly higher probability however the more and more bets you take, the edge will be higher and higher against you and cause you to start losing money.

Exactly. But there are still lots of players don't get it and still believe in pre-rolling, martingale and stuff like that.

That's like the people that play the lottery and won't use any of the numbers that were called the last time because they think they can't come out again.
