Probably he did not find any contact information which could be used, I guess so but if yahoo62278 join this discussion and say something, we will know more about that.

Looks like Dicesites.com is a one-man business and when NLNico abandoned it or got problems with his life, the site is dead. I really hope the owner of Dicesites.com is well and the site status is not related to any health or life issues of the owner.

Strangely enough. Wayback machine was still able to scrape a working version of the website pretty recently -- June 23rd this year, see: https://web.archive.org/web/20240623015447if_/https://dicesites.com/

It's pretty obvious though that the website is abandoned because the long dead bitdice was still listed. Their domain is also set to expire in a couple of months:

No your first link doesn't work for me either, I'm unable to reach the page (it's lagging) while I can access instantly to the other pages you quoted above. There must be some kind of bug on this page or the hosting server is currently overloaded IMO.
