Bitcoin makes the world go 🔃
I don't think I participated in such scam/services. To be honest, I don't think I even gamble out of a gambling site that I usually visit. This is the reason, these promos or schemes are so normal in our community that is the reason why people should take care of their funds because it might really bite them off when they ride with it.
Never ever join in ponzi, it's too dangerous to do so since we will never when will it just disappear. The problem nowadays people did not know how to identify ponzi and just join whenever they thought it's profitable without thinking more or they were just influenced by others. Always make research or ask here in forum to get insights of whatever projects we wanted to join with.

I'm sure none of the members of this forum will be interested in trying a crypto ponzi scheme. Because many people have been
harmed by trying the ponzi scheme, it is best to avoid seeking profit from the ponzi scheme. In fact, I also experienced losses
when investing in a ponzi scheme when I first got to know crypto. Fortunately at that time I was not investing a lot.
Ponzi schemes were profitable before but not anymore. I have read before that some started their crypto journey in ponzi since only fee knew crypto before they were able to earn in just a short time but now we should be all smarter in choosing were to invest or put our money, we should avoid ponzi at any cost.

i won't participate on such thing, i haven't encountered yet a ponzi in gambling actually i was wondering how was that? for what i have known the ponzi scheme is more related to investment stuff and the likes.

The Ponzi scheme itself may be called an analogue of gambling. This refers to cases where a person knows how this scheme can end and contributes his money to it in the hope that he will return his money in a few days and will continue to receive only profit. Gambling in this is that a person can not be sure that he will return at least his deposit.

I think I do not need to explain what I mean by ponzi crypto scam. Every week I see at least ten new ponzi scheme scams.

They often offer something like 100% interest per 24h (or something similar). They commonly run for quite a few weeks (or months sometimes) before "they go scam" publicly. The obvious idea how to exploit them is to invest something small at the first day, withdraw it as fast as possible and repeat just with the interests from the previous bet (and of course take some money away from every successful round).

Has anyone tried that? Have you been successful? Is this kind of gambling popular/common. Has it name?

Only tried it once and I realized that it should not be supported because many investors are going to lose money than those who are going to make a profit, maybe 2 of the investors who made a profit here 20 are going to lose their money, it's worse than gambling because they are not transparent, they are fooling their people with their so-called plan and they targeted people's dream of making money online, this is scam presented in a nice way.

I will not do or participate in any of that thing. It will only waste my money. But yes I tried before 3 or 4years ago I always join in different HYIP, after a day I always left that website because I know what will happen, but I learned my lesson, I don't want to waste my time, my time is also equivalent to my money so I don't want to lose the both of it.

It is not hard to detect the Ponzi scheme nowadays, average JOE can easily find the basic things using search engines. The experienced gamblers know what and when to do if there is an opportunity, if not they create the opportunity by finding gaps. Buying any kind of software of using the data from third-parties is not guaranteed for success and it can be the reason for bad consequences, unfortunately.

i dont think users from the forum can be screwed by these ponzi schemes. because most of the time, they are already busted as soon as they post their announcement in this forum. there are many scam busters here and they create report in the scam accusations board. so these ponzi scheme projects dont prosper in the forum. maybe outside this forum, there are gullible investors that can fall to this trap. but here? dont think you can find them.

By reading all the post of the users we can actually say that users here cannot be easily fooled by this kind scheme since this is so much used to scam people here before and I think the users take enough dose from the scam happen in the past. I do not see much Ponzi promoted here since they are been flagged immediately that's why scammers are now on social media networks finding some newbie victims for their schemes.

Well, for me, not so far.
But if there is and a newly build gamble Ponzi scheme, you can try to play a risk, -- the same thing as what happened to my friend, he was aware of joining a Ponzi scheme project, after a week of investment and he saw that there is a profit, he quickly has withdrawn and never come back. You can play a fire but make sure it will not burn out your money.

Absolutely not. How could we anyone consider possibility to be a part of a scam that he's completely aware of? Not just because of risk and possible loss but because of fact that this you will be part of activity that would harm others and steal their money. From my point of view this is completely unacceptable and I strongly advise not to participate in something like that.

Gambling in the sense that you are dealing or playing with fire or do talk about the risk but this one isnt a gambling game that we do know typically.

Im much aware about those ponzi and you are just basically talking about hit and run kind of strategy.Does it really work? yes, if you're lucky enough

yet most of those scammy sites do closes up without even reaching for a day or gone scam.So you would end up on losing money even how small it is
but if you do able to reach out for 1 day then that will really be some profits but if i were you then it isnt really that worth to consider.

No, so far I haven't tried it. I always avoid to play in any gambling place that I think it will go to scam. Although they offer many benefit like an interest or even doubling my deposit for the first time deposit. I only use an old gambling place platform that has been trusted by so many user here and actually I always choose the platform that born in this forum. I mean, they have an announment here and they try to promote the gambling place through this forum like signature campaign. By this way, I have a less risk to getting scammed because if the platform has indicated to be scam platform/ponzi scam platform then I will know it by someone in the forum like in scam accusation board.

Has anyone tried that?

I believe yes, but not the type of Ponzi schemes you've mentioned. The ones I invested in (in the very early days of such Ponzi schemes) were those doubler sites in which we just need to send our BTC at the given address of the site and just wait (and pray with joined hands) that someone comes in and becomes the last to push the line ahead where we people who entered first, get paid. It gave me around BTC0.5 when BTC wasn't even $1k.

Umm, there's a saying that "easy money never digests" and so happened with me. I was successful in gaining that BTC0.5 but I went too ill that I got hospitalized and I paid much more than that amount. So, it's better if you earn your money rather than "gambling your crypto into scams". There's no guarantee either that you'll even make a penny out of it if it was intended to be a short term scam. And about name, no I don't believe we've got any name for it.

The other thread that I've been is differentiating investing and staking, this thread is describing gambling and investing.

Btw, I will not take risk or gamble with ponzi schemes. As obvious, there's no need to take risk my money on it if I'm aware that they can run anytime with my money. That doesn't make sense if you are aware of the scam then you still proceeded.

There's no point as you always at risk, even they've claimed it as new you ain't sure that you'll be able to withdrawn your funds once
you already sent it to them.

Like many have said, newbies mostly being victimized as they are always aiming for quick outcome, some experienced gamblers or followers also have it tried thinking that they'll be able ride while it's still hot.

But since it's Ponzi there's no guarantee and those who take the risk already accepts their
fate in case they've lose their money, better to find other things instead of trying your luck
and feeding those scammers.

Here is a thing, you have $5! It's better to place bet on red than to invest them in any kind of scheme, especially not in ponzi scheme! At least with roulette (or you can choose any other game) you know your chances, and you will win occasionally (if you repeat the process once per day), with ponzi you will have just loses!
I tried doubling sites when I was a newbie, lost a few mBTC's...maybe 10-20 dollars in that time, and never again after that! With gambling you know your position and your odds, and it's very important to know those two things, if you wish your next move to be meaningful, in life and gambling!

Actually only newbie in crypto currency will try to gamble with this kind of ponzi scam because they always thought that this is the easiest way for them to earn money by working easy and by investing tons of money. That they didn't know that at the end they losing and not earning ofcourse at first they receiving money from the scam service , they can only get 10% of their investment not full ROI. I always advice my friends who always gamble with this kind. It just a waste of money and also time. Their always a risk of course but why not try to those hard where you can actually be sure with your money.

I will strongly advice against doing something like this, to begin with you are taking an unnecessary risk in something that you know it is a complete scam when there are so many ways in this market to make money with good projects.

However the worst part of this plan is that even if you are successful on doing this and obtain money out of this risky behaviour you must know that you are benefiting from the misery of others, ponzi scams are impossible to maintain and while someone that invested in this not knowing what it was and earned money should consider himself lucky, someone that obtains profits while knowing this was a scam all along is on my mind no better than the scammers behind this fraud.
