Omicron is another FUD
Long before I got to know crypto gambling, I ever fall into the trap of a fiat gambling Ponzi scheme.  of course, at that time I was still a newbie and was only tempted by offering bonuses for new registrants and also bringing new friends who were very tempting..

at that time I managed to bring + - 6 of my friends to join the gambling site, for 3 months it looked like there was no problem but in the fourth month, they made a big bonus event for those who made deposits above $ 2000, at that time my friends and I were tempted but unfortunately one day later the gambling site was closed..

from there I learned to be able to withstand my greediness and will only gamble on gambling sites that have a real volume of gambling and also a real reputation..

Newbies will fall for that Ponzi scheme, if you want to avoid that Ponzi scheme then you better try to research first about that gambling casino or better check whether it is licensed or not, I hope you know what to do if you encounter an unlicensed casino gambling, just remember that there will be no 100% interest for every platform, that is full of scam, there wouldn't be a legit platform that will give 100% interest for only 1 day.  I already experienced being scammed by that offer but it is not about gambling it is an investment website which is a Ponzi scheme.

I think I do not need to explain what I mean by ponzi crypto scam. Every week I see at least ten new ponzi scheme scams.

They often offer something like 100% interest per 24h (or something similar). They commonly run for quite a few weeks (or months sometimes) before "they go scam" publicly. The obvious idea how to exploit them is to invest something small at the first day, withdraw it as fast as possible and repeat just with the interests from the previous bet (and of course take some money away from every successful round).

Has anyone tried that? Have you been successful? Is this kind of gambling popular/common. Has it name?

I haven't even try to do that. It is really hard to risk your money in ponzi scam, even if you intended to withdraw it as fast as possible, we will not be able to know when they will run with the money you just invested. Sometimes even if they just started running the ponzi scam, they will immediately run all the money they will get. They won't waste any more time to wait when it comes to money.

I never really gambled in a ponzi scheme I think, I lost some money on fake online casinos a few years back. But I think they weren't ponzi schemes, they were outright scams. People can definitely make money on a ponzi scheme if they invest in the beginning and get out before the company goes bankrupt. In general I would advice against such gambles because you never know when the bubble is going to burst.

Bisq is a Bitcoin Fiat Dex. Use responsibly
100 percent return is old but new ponzis now introduce higher than that , theres that i see that they offer 400 percent return after the said number of days

with the huge return that they promise , people will try to find a way to exploit them  .

there are testimonies before of those who succesfully earn on them , they used the money for good . they bought houses , cars , build business but some got unlucky because they got scammed more after the came back .

Ofcourse. but using the money for "good" does not make the business(ponzi/pyramid)  sustainable and scam free.

You could however make such thing sustainable and scam free if done in right and honest way. I have a grandmother who usually have her workers contribute part of their salaries weekly(or probably monthly), the pooled fund is given to one of the contributors to own. Then next week/month another contribution is made and the pooled fund is given to another person.  This is quite sustainable because they are working, pay from their salaries, every worker always get the pooled fund at known time.

In the very moment I realize a project smells scam miles away I don’t like to take risks no matter how small the investment may be required to try them.I just tell everyone to stop following these scams and to stay away from them because nothing good can come from these sites.I don’t recommend anyone tries just to see if they pay or not.

When I was first into cryptocurrency about 4 years ago, there are lots of people who tried to invest in a Ponzi scheme like that and even try to encourage people to invest while it's still paying. Unfortunately, those people who say that is one of those culprits to fool people. as soon as the other will join the risky Ponzi schemes, that's when they lose all their money.

If someone wants to know how this fraud works he can go to this site to learn more about it.

I tried it several times in the past I could say that most of the time I would win I think it would be 70% that I have won in  Ponzi schemes.
I like to risk on Bitcoin doubler back then I only stop when there was no Bitcoin doubler that pays out anymore.

Haven't tried them and I really don't want to give them a shot, just ignored.
Having their services is just the way that we are helping them to survive and encourage people to use their services. We know already what this project meant to be, they are the parasites on the market and destroying everyone's life. We are not supposed to feel that way and to see people suffering, what we gonna do now is to fight against them, not the support.
Maybe we now don't care about them, but if we are at the beginning of knowing crypto, probably, we will follow them and join with their programs. Fortunately, many articles about scam sites and the sign will help us identify the scam sites that are offering a big profit in the short term. We always need to warn people, especially those out there who want to invest in crypto, so they don't have to get the scam by joining the programs. We hope that they can avoid and stay away from that project by warning them, so many people will know that they really need to be careful to invest their money.

These are hyip (high yield investment programs). I think almost everyone in crypto universe have joined one of these sites at least once.
Not everyone knows these sites are scams at first, especially in crypto universe where you see bitcoin and other currencies rising a lot in few days or hours and all those successful traders stories. It's a environment of financial opportunities and some people think it can be possible to have their investments doubled in a week or so without effort and risks.

On the other hand, there are people who know these sites are scammers, but invest there anyway. It's a kind of *gambling* to try recovering the investment before the site runs away.
But it's not nice to introduce new people to these sites (referrals) as it was legit, especially crypto currency newbies. Don't be eager to earn some commission pennies because life takes the double back later...

Don't generalized that almost everyone may have joined at least once in their life.
As I don't think not all people, I for one, don't invest in projects with somewhat inclination to ponzi scheme.
Not really attracted to large profits as I know, there are some loopholes in the system.
If there is no strong foundation, then where are they getting their profits from? Simple question to ask yourself.

But you have a point, some of them don't know what they are getting into and so they invest on it.
Greed is the usual reason why they joined even if it is obvious ponzi type business, hoping that they will earn huge profits in short period of time.

By participating in ponzi schemes you can harm not only yourself, but also other people. Some people can't understand the danger of such projects. They may see that other people are involved in a project and will feel that it is safe to participate. However, this is not the case.
Please, if you know that a project is a ponzi scheme, do not participate, even if you think you can earn money and leave before it falls apart.
Better to avoid it and find another income if the person is eagerly waiting for easy money by participating in Ponzi schemes. There are groups of people work hard to find the newly launched Ponzi schemes and invest a small amount for the test, they look for the new website intentionally because the chances are lower they will close business and run away. At least 4-6 months will be enough to leave this "business model", from my understanding.

For me here it is important to know whether a person understands what he invests in a ponzi scheme or not. If a person is sure that it is a ponzi scheme and invests in it in the hope of earning money from the last investors, I condemn it. If a person also agitates others to take part in a ponzi scheme, it may even be worthy of a red tag in the trust.

At the past, I am risking my money in this kind of ponzi sheme scams. I am very eager at that time in looking for a fresh ponzi
scheme sites as their is a big chance that they will pay the first investor and this is what we are taking advantage of at that time.

But as of this moment, I am now avoiding this kind of investment as it is very risky and it's not right and if you cannot hit the right timing then
your money will be in danger.

Exactly and I personally experience this.

Much better if you will avoid it while it's earlier. The problem is just when you are very eager to gain an affiliate program and contacting people to join. It will also make them massive losses just at one glance.

For me, you can stay away from the people that very naive upon accepting his fund.

1% chance of your full capital returned
Yes agree but those 1% are mostly people who got into the scheme first and ran away with their first profit rather than investing again.

49.5% chance of your money being taken away
Might be more actually because most of the scams end up pretty soon and the ones that run long offer small profit baits which help them continue for long time. One offering 5% monthly returns is likely to operate longer than one offering 50% daily.

Quote
49.5% chance that you will be blackmailed by reason of liquidity or a promise of your money back, but you actually lose more.
Excellent point and actually some guys send more money to help get back their old money because the website will tell them to deposit a certain amount to buy a particular membership which will then unlock their balance or similar kind of stories and people actually go for it.

No, as i don't believe such thing like that can multiply our money in short time. It's all BS and waste our time and money obviously. If they can really multiply people's money in very short time, they will multiply their own money and keep it by themselves. That's all i do believe
Actually there are some open ponzi schemes as well. Like they will show users a payment address and as long as money keeps coming the people who sent earlier in the stack will get paid. So, basically the people deep in the stack get paid while the ones floating on top of the stack are at high risk if no more investors send money. I hate these kind of stuff and never participated in these kind of activities but I have seen a lot of people having fun with these and then once the platform scams they don't even have any bases of claiming or reporting for their money.

Something that seems to good to be true, is mostly a scam. I read this somewhere and I still believe this fits well for all greedy ones out there.
Its called ponzi or pyramid scheme because the entire system will collapse if there were no new pay-ins into the system which it had been known since from the beginning and its been a rampant thing that those things
do exist into this market yet due to anonymity then theres no way that those investors will able to trace up those scammers.I dont know on why until now that there are still people who do get been fooled by this one
yet its pretty obvious that these are just unrealistic returns for a short period of time.About on the technique or way on what had been mentioned on op about on joining then leaving that fast then there are still
people who do gamble out but do you really think that it would really be that worth ? just mentioned by others that there are sites that eventually goes down or ran away for a few hours after being online.
