No actually investing is believing on the project that you had invested to. while trading your main point is to get profit from it and then run away. that is the difference for me what is trading and what is investing. there is no time period on those two for me

Trading is the process of exchanging of goods or services. Like in the trading sites. They exchanging different coins while the investing is a process of hoarding to buy and sell coins.

No, that was the old definition of trading and investing. Right now the terms are mostly associated by how much time you are holding the asset (e.g. Bitcoin, stocks, other altcoins). Trading is use when you are holding something for less than a year which is a short term position. However a long term position is referred to us investing in which you hold it more than a year or so before you start selling.

well if you look at it closely, when you trade,you're investing on an altcoin which makes it pretty much the same. both require you to gather as much information as possible on where you're going to invest on or what altcoin you're going to deal with. bith requires patience to be able to make the most out of your capital

Yes it is true that trading is a form of investment which needs skills, patience and timing. But it is also risky since if you make a wrong move and become impatient its either you wont gain a profit or you will lose your capital. But if we have learned the basic of trading we can earn more and gain much profit even with a very small capital.

Investing is more higher risk than trading because you have the chances to grab the opportunity that instant unlike investment in trading you had the fully control of your money where you place it or when the time you will trade in investment once you put your money its like you're just watching them loosing.

Yeah trading is usually a buying and selling activity. Usually a trader will buy a coin or stock, when the price goes down then sells it at a high price

Good and investing is just saying you want to idle your money for future purposes whether you will withdraw entirely after sometime or partially in the same time frame. Trading for me would be just exchanging goods with a higher price than when you acquired it. Sometimes they also come hand hand as you invest then wait for the price to go up then trade it.

Its not the difference but its the common practice that risk will always follow in trading and investing in both and it will depend on what level of risk you can afford to take and people who don't have any idea of trading will always prefer to go for investment.

You can't say that, and mostly, investors are the one who is really desperate to earn profit, they try many things to earn money or bitcoin. Not all investors are lazy and rich, somw of them are newbies and patient. And you can just say trading is for the rich also, I can trade but I am not that rich, being active yes, being a trader means that you spend your time studying and analyzing charts

you have a point but investing also need to use mind. You dont invest to where ever you will just lose. You need to evaluate and review all the details before you invest. Not all investment has a gain. Some are scams and such.

Investment doesn't actually need skills to do so, but in trading you need to know and understand the statistics before gaining some profit. In investment you just handling your bitcoin to their project and it depends on how successful the project is on how high your profit going to be. They both carry some risk but there is a difference between them, investment 50/50 no matter what happens, but in trading it depends on your own skills and sometimes luck on what your winning percentage is.

What are you talking about, it does not need skills? so you are just investing and if you are lucky you will profit.
I guess it does not work that way, your skills could be your knowledge and we know that everything needs knowledge when it comes to investing.
