DigiForce Pool Proclamation:

This pool was created to promote DigiByte and its community. DigiByte went through some rough times.
Some good pools went down, some were not so good. This is my attempt to bring calm for miners.
I am in close cooperation with DGB developers from day zero and have their full support.
You can mine here without any fees or forced donations. You can donate only with your free will if you appreciate my work.
Stay calm, stay strong, become members of DigiForce !

So in looking over coinmarketcap, did you guys know that of all the coins with hundreds of millions or billions available, not a single one are even worth a penny?
I get that because BTC is divisible to 8 decimal places it's effectively the same as having 21 billion coins, but I don't think people see it that way.
There are what, 500 million dbg floating around out there already? Kinda disheartening, I will hold my dgb in hopes that it takes off, but I think that 500-700 sat is about it's limit unfortunately.

Luckyminers sorry but you are finding blocks too long to return now. Maybe tomorrow.

And still cant login, Unable to login: Invalid username or password Google chrome. Password reset was necessary.

But you can login after the reset?
Also i've added a block bounty for every block finder out there...

Still can't login and password reset doesn't send me any mail as I PMed you a couple of times already...
My account is basically useless.

Ok, its because you use an mail provider that blocks unknown IP's (my server) because of possible spam. I'm currently setting up my mail routes through Google (paid for businesses) so it uses whitelisted IP's. When it's set up i'll let you know.

why does it seem like it is more profitable at the moment to mine another coin, then sell that and use the money to buy more DBG than if I were just mining DGB myself?
you just wrote the secret of being a rich miner! mine low diff // buy low value = profit 2x

IMO DGB will hit 0.00000800 satoshis in 1 month, i saw it happend before with Netcoin and it WILL happend with DGB at some point

There is some serious market manipulation going on at Coinmarket.io Someone has been placing sell orders below the rate as soon as there is a sale all night to drive the price down, even putting sell orders for Zero coins which should be impossible to do.
There is skulduggery going on I'm saddened to say. the sooner this coin gets onto a real exchange the better.  Sad

DGB consistently in the top of the profitability charts for the new 2014 coins over at altcoinstats.com - and that market cap. I've been steadfast but concerned about Digi getting lost in the shuffle, but this makes me happy to see. I've been watching this site past couple days and DGB always in the top3, often #1. NobleCoin only tops it once in a while but cause of quick diff retarget, doesn't stay long.

The only DGB I've parted with are tips to reddit users. I'm holding for the real show. Can't wait til we hit Cryptsy!

I wish I had more money to invest in DGB Sad

Right now it's a steal at 140, I never thought I would see that price. I think this is going to be one of the ALTs that take make it big in 2014. I'm not saying $1 per DBG, but I think I will at least quadruple my investment. I just wish I had more money.

rewards are the same.  what are you guys smoking.

True, rewards are still the same only less blocks being found atm because there are now more pools which divide the blocks. Therefore payout per hours is less.
Going to set up a forum when i relocated to my new house.
https://dgb.luckyminers.com

The number of pools on the network doesn't change the payout per hour.
Even an increase is total network hash wouldn't change the payout per hour or day until the re-target changes the difficulty.
For the pool your mining in it is. If a pool finds less blocks then there is less to be payed out to it's users. The amount per block stays around the same unless the network splits it..
Think what have here is a simple mis-communication Smiley

At a given difficulty, with a given hash-rate, the number of pools has no effect on the amount of blocks a specific pool will find.
hash*difficulty=blocks found

If more pools are created and with those new pools comes additional miners and therefore additional network hash, the difficulty will re-target, and the prior amount of hash will find less blocks as the difficulty has went up.  I was simply stating that the number of pools itself doesn't affect the amount of blocks found; only the difficulty changes that.

1 MH/s, 1 pool, 1 difficulty == 1 MH/s, 1000 pools, 1 difficulty.
