Hello guys, Do you know how to reach Dinastycoin Dev team?
I'm a miner and the pool I'm using (http://dcy.crypto-coins.club/) are getting almost all shares orphaned. They say they detected an error with the timestamp they cannot fix and need a fix from the Dev team. They recomended all to stop mining DCY in the pool until it is fixed. I checked other pools and it is also happening there.
We need a fix quick...

The option to send becomes available in the GUI wallet when sync. is completed. It takes some time to sync. If that is the case wait till it is sync.

The simplewallet.exe not reconize the arg --generate-from-keys.

You could try from command line and import your old wallet using your keys.

It is for other coin but the process is similar to that.

When using command line wallet you must have a daemon started, this is for Linux but the same thing should work for windows (using windows apps of course) and then the daemon (walletd or something that ends with d) must sync the entire blockchain. And then in other window you launch command line wallet and import the old one using your keys (as in this video).

I could not do this. I backed up the wallet, saved the keys, but did not enable the option to send the coins.

Just when I create a new wallet, I get the send option is available for this new wallet, which by the way is empty. When I opening the old wallet, it is still impossible to withdraw.

You need to save the wallet to a new file - then the sending will become available again.

Is anyone having trouble with Gui wallet for windows? The SendDinastyCoin tab is not available, i can't transfer my coins.

Thus, it is impossible to send a coins from Alpha directly to Cryptopia, you must first send it to your wallet (to your unique address) and then - to Cryptopia.

Solve the problem like this:
1. write in support of Cryptopia about you sent coins from Alpha without specifying a payment ID.
2. In the same request, specify the transaction ID (TXID).
3. Ask Cryptopia to enroll coins.
It is all enough that support successfully solved the problem.

I solved my problem. It seems if I do not choose a payment fee with -f 0.0020 it will uses a large amount, like 20 coins.
So when using command line wallet always set the transfer fee. If you have the option to choose transfer fee in gui wallet do it there too.

When sending to Cryptopia is very important besides destination address (Cruptopia) to also input payment_id (as someone previously said) otherwise your coins will not reach Cryptopia (or you must ask them to manually identify the transaction).

So the line that works for me when sending to Cryptopia from command line wallet is:

transfer 1 cryptopia_address amount_of_coins -p cryptopia_payment_id -f 0.0020


You get cryptopia_payment_id from their Deposit section, after you choose the coin name. Please note that on Cryptopia it is first payment_id and second the address but when sending from command line, the payment_id is last, after -p parameter.

Hello i have transaction stuck as well , well i have send  it from Alpha Btc to Cryptopia , in Cryptopia i have no record , like pending or anything!! and in Alpha , it say transaction is done , i have contacted them  and they told me Locate this transaction in the block explorer and also give them
 a screenshot  , so can someone tell me how i can locate the transaction in block Explorer , i have search in Google and i find this  == >> http://www.dinastycoin.com/en/blockchain-explorer/

So money reach destination (and it worked on cryptopia too) but I am curious about missing coins. Maybe 20 was send fee added by default if I do not choose a send fee?

Maybe there's a terminal configuration for linux that solves that issue.

havent had problems sending coins to cryptopia using windows wallet

I've tried to send 250 coins from command line Linux wallet (Linux Server minimal 16.04).

It returned the following error:

Here is the ballance:
2018-Feb-17 07:58:14.277386 INFO    available balance: 254.00000000, locked amount: 0.00000000


Then I tried to send 10 coins. Then it worked but is not ok:

After that balance was not 245 or something close to 245:

Then I've tried again for 170 coins (sending 200 did not worked, returning "wrong amount):

But then balance is 0.0:

After every "money successfully send" there's following error:
2018-Feb-17 08:03:37.496616 ERROR   Error: locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid

So I assume the problem is with character set? Because when I send 10 coins it sends other ammount. Also the coins did not reached destination wallet so I assume the address and payment ID was also borked/scrambled.

I've used the following send command:

transfer 1 wallet_address number_of_coins -p payment_id_of_destination_address

Any idea how to fix this issue?

You guys before sending money to cryptopia, try to send a small amount to another wallet. You might have the same problem as me.

i have a transaction stuck from a couple weeks ago
couldnt be bothered with it first but am kinda interested now if there is a way to still "push" them to my wallet.
what i have tried:

redownloaded blockchain (like 5 times)
resetted wallet
opening my wallet in simplewallet, couldnt open it in there ?!

Hello  brother , 3 days ago  i have send DCY from Btc alpha to Cryptopia and probably you know more about  the problem of withdraw and deposit in Exchange , but  Cryptopia dcy Deposit they have Id Payment and the Cryptopia Dcy address , meanwhile in Alpha btc in there withdraw , they have only  Dinasty coin address  ( which normally be  Cryptopia deposit address  ) , so it was simple  i just copy my deposit address of dcy and cut in  BTC ALPHA  dcy address ,  i have sent 2 transaction and both transaction say is done well compared to Cryptopia  i have no record !! well i have contacted the support , and they reply me after 2 days from my transaction , they  say can't cancel the withdraw , but they ask me this :

Send an address, id and txid of transaction. Please, send a link or screenshot on transaction to blockexporer. From which exchange did the exchange take place?

For anyone trying to sell their DCY use BTC-ALPHA they process your deposits faster than Cryptopia. It took almost 2 days for my deposit to appear in my account on cryptopia while btc-alpha only took around 5-10 minutes.
