altcoin really has a future, but not all if you see now there are many altcoins that have no value or even dormant. This is due to the absence of the organizer company so as not to attract investors. and many also have altcoins that have future like eth, ripple, neo, litecoin, iota, dash, xem, monero, eos, and others.
Not all, just a few altcoins will survive, think about a group of selected coins that solve most problems we're facing right now and comply with specific functionalities that users may pick
If Bitcoin can solve its problems like high transaction fees that you mentioned, It will be that cryptocurrency. If not we should wait for another cryptocurrecncy that will replace Bitcoin
Yes I think the blockchain technology is here to stay. The alt coins definitely have a future, it is just a matter of realizing which one will take over the market to get the most gains.

Many altcoins will be used in future and will be going to be very popular, they has to have a future as they were created and for what they were created. Blockchain being the future, its completely acceptable and possible many altcoins but not all will be there in future. So, better look into new ICOs and old established altcoin as well.
Of course yes, that really has a future, you know why? If you are only holding your altcoin for the long run, I could say that you can get a high profit on it. Holding your altcoins is the best way to grow your earnings.

For me, not all altcoins have a future so what you need to do is to research the altcoins you are planning to join. Research what is the altcoins have planned and what is their goal in the Industry of cryptocurrency, in this way, you will know if the altcoins you are planning to join will grow in the future

Yes most of the altcoins right now really has a future and you can see it on the market, the values of the altcoins right now are easily growing fast that is why I really think that 2018 is their year and hopefully they will continue to earn more spot at the top of the market.
