They need to compete with other online casino. If they implement AML and KYC rule, they will be left behind. You are right, Most of gambling site that accept cryptocurrencies, They don't ask for ID or anything to prove that you are over 18 years, and you are allowed to do gambling. So minor nowadays, they come to use btc for gambling. by the way there is a lot of ways of playing bet by minor. So as you said 'I guess parents should be more responsible'

Even though I'm almost 18 I've never gambled with my parent's money not even what they ever gave me, since I've got a rich fiance, somehow I have everything at my disposal.
I have enough of brain to know how to gamble and so far I'm kind of in a win streak.
Unlike many of you I'm not greedy and I only play with small amounts as small as 0.1BTC besides bitcoin has made the online world like heaven for me since no one asks me how old am I before playing casino games or registering.
I am however against minors playing with their parents money without their consent. their are the ones responsible to educate and teach their children and watch over their activities it's not internet's fault.

Im 100% sure that we have many people gambling that are under the age of 18.
Moreover, I also think that we have some people of the same kind, that are typing the replies here. The chance is pretty high, because the Internet gives such an opportunity for a non-adults.

For example, in most of the countries you may have bank account under the age of 18, all you pretty much need is a permission of the parents.
In such a case, you may just transfer the funds you have on the account (if you have such an option) and buy a bitcoins with those money.

After all, bitcoin casinos do not verify the age of the user so I dont see any kind of a problem.

Well nit just some but most online casinos are pretty lax when it comes to who's accessing their sites and i don't think there's any way to actually know if its a minor or not. Even before the dawn of online gambling, its a proven fact already that minors are gambling. Some even forge id's and birth certificates to be allowed to enter casinos

Fiat casinos are more aware of this and that is why if you try to withdraw money you need to verify your identity but as we know in the world of bitcoin we like privacy so casinos don’t ask for such information or they risk losing players by imposing this measures.

I only agree with the last pay of your submission because it's solely the responsibility of parents to ge their kids on the right path and don't blame it on lack of policy in Bitcoin online gambling. Properly raised kids make good judgements and don't indulge themselves in deviant activities.

No one can stop online gambling. But parents must check kids activities then only they get to know what their kids are doing in online. If they lev them freely and if they addicted to this gambling it would spoil that kid's life. Young people will addict to this gambling very quickly. Becasue they don't know the money value. They will play with parents money, and their intention is only to double their pocket money. So parents only take care of their kids.
