I want to know if anyone here gambles or have gambled under the age of 18, I feel like there are many kids who do this and I am interested to see how many people actually gamble under 18, if you have any friends that gamble or have gambled under 18 include them.

EDIT: I mean mostly kids online, its hard to be a kid and gamble physically. I feel like the gambling rate for kids is increasing a lot and is gonna be a problem in the future, especially with the CS:GO situation.

EDIT2: Another question to ask, is what is your opinion on the topic of kids gambling, do you think it is a growing problem or a problem alone for that matter?

EDIT3: What is the best way to counter this problem without websites having to know your exact identity?

all around the world there are kids below 18 years are playing gamble physically, I don't know in online gambling maybe there is also playing too.  I just don't get what's the point of your question here could you specify what do you means by this things.

Sometimes casino dont allow people under age below 18 to play the gambling physically. Bitcoin has solved this problem by allowing kids to play gambling online without disclosing their identities.

A lot of gambler under 18 years because gambling can be done anywhere even if things are light and addictif
Gambling is a problem that develops because gambling can lead to negative actions to other people
The best way to overcome it is to instill moral values in children early and guide them

At the moment I can say that people who are under 18 years of age do not gamble. It is a place that most sites should not tolerate if this is the case.
Normally it is not good for them to gamble at this age.

we school friends had been gambling with some silly things first for gambling and after when we came for higher studies we started with small amount and now after becoming so old doing sports betting regularly with doing daily job.

I did remember my high school days, we use to play like lucky one with the digits/control number that is on the money. And we used to guess, probably 3 digits and we will sum it all up and whoever gets up to 9 or close to it will be the winner and he will get the stake.

As far as age is always concerned regarding gambling activities, that's so rampant in our place where I lived. People who were mostly under the age of 18 were more likely to get involved in gambling particularly on local offline gamblings. How much more with the online betting site which has anonymous accounts which is always been hidden identity, and it can be those young aged people were more prone to be playing those online site that offers gambling service. So to make conclusions on this matter people can gamble at any age as long as they have the skills and money.

The sad reality is yes, and I know a few here in our area, mostly through item betting in online games. There's also an incident in which the kid used his mom's card to deposit on a gambling site, and with the advent of bitcoin casinos, it's not that hard to bypass security measures since most casinos involving bitcoin don't require extensive personal details about the player.

In an online world tracking what your kids are doing has become harder and harder. You can install blocks and stuff but your kid has many devices that can access the internet with. Also of they k ow what they doing they can go around it or even disable it. In today's world it's even more important to know what your kid is doing when he looks down into the glow of a screen. They could be watching porn, gambling. Looking at gore or other sick stuff. There even chatrooms and forums with word stuff kinds shouldn't be involved in. It's all up to the parents and teachers of the kids.
I think the only solution is to not give kids access to those devices, it is simply impossible to try to block every single site that we think may harm them so the only solution left for us is to try to restrict their access to those device maybe not completely but give them a time limit.

There are many below 18 underaged teengaers who use to gamble nowadays in my country i think 4 out of 10 who gambles and know how to play some card games. This will be a big problem in the society because many more teenagers are going to gamble and get addicted on it. It is hard to counter this technolgy is keep on improving kids are more handful nowadays in technology .

Gambling is attractive and therefore more teenagers are attracted towards it. And with the use of bitcoin it is possible for even kids to play gambling online as no age restriction is required with bitcoins, as it is with credit cards.
Yes, my point goes to same. It's how possible to make limitation teenagers towards to gambling attraction. Today's most of gambling platform familiar with bitcoin, they can easily make gambling activity through bitcoin and you can't monitoring it which participant is 18+/-.

I am 20 years of age right now and i started to gambler i was 17.So i myself started to gambler at the age of 17.I started off betting with my friends and then i started to gamble on online betting sites.

Yes, there are people who are gambling below the legal age. Gambling sites sometimes has no efficient way to screen minors. They can always falsify data when joining. Person above is also the living testimony of it and I know some minors who can accessed and play some gambling sites.
The provisions of the regulation of the minimum age limit for gambling, it's just a formality. A lot of fiat gambling sites that do not require age limit verification and with the existence of the current bitcoin. I'm pretty sure many children under the age of 18 are playing gambling with bitcoin. In fact that provision applies only in countries that allow gambling.

Yeah. You can't track them all the time. What you can do is just guide them and explain to them the impact of their online activity. Don't just click any thing they found in the web. Not only viruses, but you don't know what the content of that link. It may be porn or some unpleasant video.

The act of gambling isn't rare for People under 18, especially those in High School. I remember gambling when I was in high school by playing card games or betting on sports. I've read somewhere online that between 60 and 80 percent of high school students in the U.S engage in gambling at least once during their time in High School.
I think it's different nowadays, when I was in high school I never had any idea that online gambling has exist, I just learned online gambling when I graduated college, and also that was the time that I almost ruin my life. I was thinking, what if I knew gambling when I was still in high school, would I will be able to finish my studies?, I think I will be addicted when I Knew it that time, I am weak in controlling my emotion but thank God I knew it when I am already matured and now I'm enjoying it.

Its not really just about online gambling. Back in the days its not even conventional gambling. When i was a minor, we use to make monetary bets on pretty much everything like coin toss or color games. Its not until i aged a little bit that i became awarenof what gambling really is

Yes i have many friends and others of it are playing gambling sometimes a day. I think the old of one that very under age is 16 years old and i think that they have permission about their parents so its good and no need to worry about them. But they just playing gambling i think only for fun

It's not odd that we will see kids with today's generation gambling while at the early stage of their youth. I did myself experience it to gamble when I was young and it is because of the influence of the people that are surrounding you. It's either they want to try it out or else they are lack of their parent's guidance.
