Bitcoin is by authorities still considered as monopolly money here in Croatia but i think we are making some small progress. We have BTM machine in Zagreb citty where i live and i think there will be few more at other cities soon. It is still not accepted at any real store though but even this is better than nothing.

In Singapore, there isn't any clear regulations laid out for Bitcoins and hence many merchants are wary of using it. AFAIK, there are only several cafes and bars that accept it. There is however, several Bitcoin ATMs around here and I often see the most popular one getting the coins sold out.

Of course, there's a lot of shops accepting it online though it isn't based in Singapore.

No in my country Bitcoin is illegal currency. So the government will not entertain this currency. But those who know about Bitcoin they are making money from it. Means they will make Bitcoin from signature or gambling or any other work. And they will sell Bitcoin to a 3rd party or any sites. But still, many people surrounding me they don't know what is Bitcoin.

There are a lot of physical shops and bars accpeting bitcoin in the Netherlands.

In Arnhem alone, there are a lot: http://www.arnhembitcoinstad.nl/#deelnemers They are even promoting themselves as bitcointown now. Online there are even more possibilities.

Yeah using bitcoin online is very good at a moment but its not widely accepted offline everywhere yet and it will take a long time in my country to happen that.

There are several companies as merchants working with bitcoin, but just online, on the real life there are some developers companies accepting bitcoin as payment, in your situation  i would try to sell the coins and use the fiat otherwise save and hold your coins, one day people will use bitcoin more then today.

when it comes to online merchants in my country accepting bitcoin as payment tool, then there are quite a few. but when it comes to local businesses accepting bitcoin, then there are barely any. there are 2 bars where you can pay with bitcoin for your beer and other drinks, but you'll need to drive around 30 kilometers to get there. i have been there once just to see how it is, but never again as it's not worth it for me to drive there for a few beers.

Yes but in a small scale at the moment. Still too early for it to be widely accepted in most countries. About it's usage and being known, yes there's many bitcoin users here but our ways of spending is very limited for now.

Those people who know about bitcoin and who have adopted bitcoin definitely accept bitcoin whenever we come to deal with them for any thing, but unfortunately they are not the sellers of anything, they are either online earners or ex-changers.

You can get to know the legitimacy of Bitcoin for each country by following this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country

According to Philippines: "On 6 March 2014, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) issued a statement on risks associated with bitcoin trading and usage. Bitcoin exchanges are not regulated by BSP at the moment."

There are also 7 merchants who accepts Bitcoin in Philippines: https://www.techinasia.com/bitcoins-spend-7-merchants-accepting-bitcoins-philippines

Lastly, you can visit your local board here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=219.0
in case you have any further queries.
