You shouldnt sell your altcoins, Unlike its time to buy now. We should buy and just wait the rising HODL we will see great days. But if you want sell altcoins more you can sell half of them or more and invest to Bitcoin. This way is better than sell all altcoins I think.

I think it depends on what your situation is? If your alts is bought with spare cash,then just hold till bull market coming.Sell it if you need money now,due to you do not exactly know when this market would recover.

No you should not sell all alts, because crypto market will more grow in future. So you hold your alts. When market will grow , than you sell your alt coins.
In my case if I sell all altcoins I would lose 80%. But if I hold it for 5-10 years, wait for bull markets, maybe one of those coins will survive and it will cover all my losses.

my claim is that investment should be diversified. you'd better not put all your money on bitcoin. the top 50 altcoins are worth investing. some of them may rise far more than bitcoin's growth , this year. such as , eos , bch , ether
