I think it is best to diversify your portfolio, as we can see bitcoin is much closer to reaching $5,000 than $20,000, so in my opinion, the first is more likely to happen, however some alts are seeing a lot of progress and grow, so it is advisable to vary your investment so that your wallet never goes RED.
Now the price for BTC has fallen and it is probably worthwhile to sell part of the coins to buy BTC. In any case, this is a good idea.
I also thinking of selling not all my tokens but some of my tokens that are affected of down trend of market. I still hodl some of my tokens that I believe has potential to grow after market recover.

It depends on your trading strategy. If you think the altcoins have potential and plan to hold for the long term, there is no point to sell if the price dip. You never know when the altcoins are rising again.

I think it all depends upon how comfortable enough you are in holding altcoins rather than converting it to bitcoin. If you already have doubts on your altcoin and how ell it works for you, it will be better for you to sell it all rather than your mind is sticking on worries about your altcoins and its fate.
none of these earnings guarantees a stable income. On the contrary, there are big risks of losing your funds. Therefore, it is better to take such decisions at your own discretion.
