Unlike bitcoin currency which has a stable spot in the market and gains people's trust, the sprouting of different altcoins brings confusion to many people.  Some altcoins experience a significant surge in value and market capitalization while other altcoins were left behind. With this situation, you have to analyze first what altcoin do you hold and how does your altcoin gain confidence and accepted into the market.  If your altcoin has a good roadmap, then, you do not need to convert into bitcoin but if your altcoin belongs to the left behind cryptos, then it is time to convert it into bitcoins.

Yea, sure. I do that to.
I sell my all altcoin and hold on Bitcoin.
We can see the price of BTC in last year is $2000.
And in this year i believe Bitcoin can rise more high price, maybe $4000.
I hope so.

You don't have to sell your alt coins. Keep and hold them, to speculative to say that prediction. If you want to invest in bitcoin buy some and hold them.

You have the right to make any decision regarding your coins. Even stupid ones))) But I want to recommend you not to sell coins with losses. The crypto industry is beginning to develop and this will lead to market growth. I'm sure that alts will grow in the mid-term.

Yup, you got that right. Everyone at times like these when all altcoins and even bitcoins are all red must think back to the very beginning of their decisions as to why they have decided to invest into a specific coin. And this will reveal that they have invested in it because they trusted it and believed in its ideologies and potentials which will really help them to think twice before panic selling(that is if they really did make an effort to do a bit of research about every coin they invested at before throwing funds into them. It is better to go all in when you are already at a loss and lose than to panic sell and find out later on within a few months or a year that the prices of the coins you sold just reached new all time highs. -something to think about for newbies.

Totally agree with you. Now the decline, and if you come out at the bottom of the price then you can be very sorry that did so. It makes sense to hold on to assets.

You don't need to sell the alts... YOU NEED TO BUY THEM Grin They are in trend and the future is behind those alts. Especially of they carry some nice idea that seems legit to be implemented in the world, you shall certainly consider buying some of them. I'd recommend you to have a look at red Lanterns, they are super legit in this sense and they will be on the market for a long. Here is the link:

Good day,
Do you think that BTC is going to reach 20k soon?
If yes do I need to sell all alts and wait for rising BTC?
What to do now ? I am confused!!!!
If it is an obvious down trend better cut loss and buy back again if the market reach the ground. It is better to cut lose than lose morebut nake sure that you guard the market before the tides turn.

The best thing to do right now is to hold and don't fall to the temptation of selling. You will end up losing.
As long as you hold you still have the money, if you sell, you practicly materialize the loss.

It's all back to yourself, if altcoin makes you comfortable you just have to hold your altcoin now, but you want to try switching to bitcoin you can buy bitcoin from now on. Back again you have to think about the steps that will be done.

You can always distribute the risks by transferring some of the money into bitcoins. Then the collapse may be your side. 50/50 is the right way.

Sell only if you really need the money! More reasons to sell I do not see, everything grows and falls always, the main thing to believe in projects in which you invest and not to succumb to General panic.

Unless you earn your altcoins through different means like campaigns then I don't think that there is a problem selling them unless you want to see them increase in value and hold them but with the risk of rendering them with less value on what you have now. Regardless if you want to play it safe then sell your altcoins now but if not then hold it and wait for the market price to increase.

you have a choice of what you want to sell and you buy because you have research about it and belief in the price of altcoin you hold, so why do you sell it just for bitcoin?
why you should sell altcoin? What coins do you hold? does it have a future?
if you choose bitcoin as your long-term investment then you should choose which altcoin you should sell and buy bitcoin for you to save for several years but I can say a good altcoin can also give you an advantage by holding it up for a certain time and then selling it for you to make bitcoin.
sell some altcoins that you think have no future, and stick with altcoins that have good project prospects.
