it depends on your choice,i think when BTC bull run start next time Altos also rising with BTC ,but u should have good altos in your wallet if not it might be loss even btc green.

Altcoins can grow more significant in percentage than Bitcoin, so sell altcoins and invest everything in Bitcoin, I do not see the point, although I understand that part of the amount is better to store in Bitcoin.
It depends from where you get that alts, bough it or earn it in bounty campaign? if you bought it, when you think you get profit i think it is good to sell. but if you get from bounty campaign maybe wait until that alt price can be better.
Nobody can predict the future. It is always better to hold cheap but good potential altcoins.

Base on what we have seen for the past 2 quarters, the bitcoin value goes down gradually but managed to goes up and get much higher value gradually so I believe that for next 2 quarters that are left I believe that it will increase more and more. We just need to wait for the right time and as the saying says "patience is a virtue".
