Following other people's advise would be the most incorrect decision you will every make. This is your investment/trade so it would be best to always have an exit plan after you enter.
Never sell if you are in the red. HODL is your friend. When the market is green and you make some profits reinvest your capital.
In my opinion it's not a good idea to sell all your alts. It is better to reinsured, and sell a part of your alts and buy bitcoins. Yes, I believe, that bitcoin will cost till 20k soon. And it is worth to wait, because you will have a big profit.
If you don't have any bitcoin investments and you want to sell alts for bitcoin your could just only invest half in bitcoin, I would recommend having your investments in one only currency, always best to minimize loss
Why sell all altcoins? I suggest that you should just hold your altcoins. many altcoins have a good future. I think that we will see a trend reversal in the coming months and will witness the update of market records.
i would sell my bad token and save some nice tokens to hodl on. make sure to always check the news about the altcoins and bitcoin so we can know which one to sell and which one to hold on. cause this way you will not losing too much and maximize your profit.

I trapped same scenario. When I bull run to 20k I sold my alt for loss. But I regret now. But as soon as it gone 20k dropped to 6k

Nope unless its necessary to use ,as i do i make a research about their token if their price has a chance to be pump like i experience before its price was almost 13 dollar and after a few months its price was getting to 1000 plus and i regret for selling it,but now i totally do a research.
It always your choice to make. If you really need it then its okey. But if you are selling it because of the value is changing to its lower position i think it is better to hold and monitor your altcoins. There is a promising profit in altcoins especially if the project will become successful. So for me it is better to wait.

If you see current market then you'll think another thing. One expert said on Youtube that before investing any virtual currency be careful otherwise you make a great mistake. when you sell any coin then you have to pay selling cost and again when you buy another coin then you have to pay buying cost. So sell and buy cost rais a vast amount. I think I can make understand my opinion.

No I do not see a reason for you to sell the altcoins, if the bitcoin with rise also altcoins will rise up too, if you truly trust in the project of altcoin you better hold them
It's his opinion on whether or not he should sell the coins or not. if he does then he better not complain that he didn't make as much as he wanted to.
