If you really want to sell , sell those alts that you got from airdrops or you got for free especially those outside of the top 100. Its possible that they will no longer have a value soon. Stick with your alts that are on the top 100 .

what altcoin do you have? if you really believe that your altcoin will grow well, then hold your altcoin. but if you are not sure then immediately sell your altcoin and exchange it for bitcoin
At this moment in tome when everything is down you have to HODL everything you have that has value unless you are in need of money. Be patient cause everthing will get back to normal, it'a already there, you have lost a lot of investments and get carried away by what ypu are seeing in the market, gotta hold your head up and look for a brighter tomorrow..
Keep your altcoins unless you want to make a loss. When BTC regains momentum to another ATH, altcoins will follow soon.

So I didnt`t sell... in January, February... April... July and now in August... altcoins lost 80% and I am still HODLing. So I don`t is it stupid idea anymore to sell everything.

You should keep holding the coin you have. Because all the Altcoin has the potential to grow. And I suggest you keep adding to your investments in Altcoin. In order for your investments in the future can benefit a lot.
