Better to just hold your alt coins and wait for them to hit at $20,000 each. No point in selling these when bitcoins are going to $20,000 again. Plus, nobody will really give you any accurate answers as to when will this happen, but the trick is to always be prepared to shell out or sell out.
Depends on what altcoin you are speaking of? Does it have a good team, does it have potential to expand and grow, if you invested because you seen on twitter it's a good coin, or you did not research it then yes sell it, I would personally hold multiple coins those being, btc eth, ltc, xrp, trx, xvg!!! Those are my 5 favorites with good teams, pretty mature been around a while and all of which have a strong community!!!!
on this situation like now when you want sell all your altcoin,,remember to buy back when btc coming in support price,,its always bounce back a litle to get more profit,, enjoy and keep riding the waves
It's not like you have to do anything, if you know you want to dispose of all your alts and buy BTC it depends on your choice, you can either hold on to your coins and maybe wait till they grow or you can go pretty risky in my opinion and buy BTC with all you got. If you're not confident enough you shouldn't take risk.

My advice still hold your altcoin, do not sell. wait for its price to rise again until the normal price. if you sell now, you will lose.
Tbh I'm in alts more than I'm in bitcoin itself. But mostly because I enjoy a higher risk and reward ratio. Bitcoin is good and reliable for long term hold though
No, you shouldnt do it now, not a good time to sell any crypto now... the market is down, you should wait for the recover. Finally I dont think sell all your alts is a good idea
I have a rule - if the coin is in minus, then it should not be sold. If you want to sell your altcoins, then wait for them to make some profit. The exception is dead coins.

do not sell all alt to btc up it will make you lose. the current price of btc is still down and tend to be unstable. you better keep hold btc and alt you do not sell it so as not to lose too much
If you are holding platform coins, such as ETH and NEO you are definitely fine. If you are holding coins backed back a strong team and working product (Cardano, XVG), you can safely hold your altcoins. Otherwise, you should probably sell your altcoins and hold BTC instead.

I think you should hold all your altcoins if their value are in low range in the crypto market because we need to gain more profit but not to lost. It's better we have saved bitcoin and some other altcoins that shows a good performance. Do you think that BTC is going to reach 20k soon?

Bitcoin reaching 20k is quite possible but some of the alt coin could generate more profit than bitcoin. If you think that the altcoin you are holding now will be better in future i suggest you to hold it. But if not better to sell.
Altcoins are the best ways to make more btc even btc goes up. And with that kind of mindset, it just proves that you either don't know much about the coin you bought or you don't believe that it will go much further in the next years when it comes to its price.
You can sell your coins and buy btc, but now the price for btc is very low and very slowly growing. And I think by the end of the year the price will be below $ 20,000.

I think you should not sell all alternative coins you have, it will be bettere if you hold it for a longer time because there is a chance that it can get more earnings to you pocket that you will be love for sure.
If you do not need money as soon as posible, I suggest you should hold them for a quite long time. In the future, there will be a lot of coins having a awesome price. RIght now, they might be terrible but in the future, I believe that they will bring profit to holders. Therefore, dont sell your coin unless you need it for the more important situation
