It will hit 650 in September.
It won't, really. It'll fluctuate in the 450-550 range until early December, when it gathers enough momentum to briefly break 670, then falling to 410.

5-10% fluctuation is natural for bitcoin so we can see $490 or $550 in a a day or two.
If someone expects to see $3xx soon, just go short all the way, but make sure you know what you are doing

$4xx is not very far from $520 because it can be $499 so falling could be right this time.

however $499 is not going to be the place where we would stay for sideways, it will be much lower
