There is no point in it either. Not to mention that I personally don't like introducing Bitcoin to others as something that you can make a profit from. It is money and it should always be introduced as money not an investment, which is something I always try to do.
Aside from your personal like... I also don't see it as something safe to introduce bitcoin to people as a means to earn wealth; it's really one of the things that creates misconceptions in terms of them taking the wrong step in investing in Bitcoin, carrying over expectations around, and when the price doesn't give them what they want, they get disappointed, and newbies who are introduced to Bitcoin with such conceptions are the ones who are easily manipulated and scammed as a result of them believing and looking for means to double their money through Bitcoin investment.

I know some people in my circle who are publicly sharing their gains in social media. I couldn't fault them if this is the first time their investments are performing way above than what they expected. They can't help but feel excited, but also at the same time, I can't help but feel scared for their safety. They can easily be a target of criminals if they don't keep their mouth shut, and lose all their money just because they can't contain their excitement.

Having said that, if you have some coins during this bull run, better keep it tight and keep your mouth shut. You'll never know who's out there willing to do every nefarious thing possible to get that money from you.
If its your first time t hen you would be able to understand but as much as possible they should really be keeping it secret, not unless if the amount is really just that small or not really that big
then he/she might be safe into those people around but if we do speak about hundred thousands of dollars or a million then its a suicide thing on telling on how much you earn or possess.
Just like on what everyone is saying that staying low key is something that will really be that better rather than on making yourself that too overly excited on sharing up your success.
For personal approach or someone whose really that close to us then it might be considered or someone whose family but talking it on public or something exaggerated
then you are really putting yourself at risk.

This has got me to ask, after the bull run and hopefully you hodles your Bitcoin til the ATH and then you have made enough money, are you going to go out there and let those who were in doubt about the profitable potentials of Bitcoin to let them know about your investment in the Bitcoin and how so well you are doing in the industry?

That would be the most stupidest thing to do it would only create more jealousy and some people may even try to extort it from you with various means hence ei would never ever do that and the whole concept of Bitcoin is anonymity and decentralisation hence if we go and shout out lungs out about our achievement and how much money we made it's against the basic of Bitcoin. I may discuss it without revealing about the monetary gain with new of my close friend or relatives.

After knowing what being jealous could result to, I hope we would keep our mouth shuts and keep up with out anonymities during and after the bull-run.
Silent is safety wise
There is this proverb that says, he who loud his drums during a ceremony brings envious eyes towards their side without them knowing.

This bull run will have many people millionaires and many of those future millionaires won't keep their mouths shut as they intend to broadcast to their friends that crypto has made them rich out of excitement without knowing that they are putting themselves in danger of being tracked down to collect all their crypto funds. Not everyone is mature enough to keep calm when the money they never touched before hits their account. It can trigger people's emotions to show their friends the amount they realize from crypto on social media, just to tell others that they have arrived.
We can’t control these kind of people who flex their achievements online or offline, most especially if it has  changed their lives like from rags to riches. Even if it means breaking their anonymity, they wouldn’t be aware of that until they come to a point where they feel someone is putting their investments in danger, or even their own lives. And only by then they come to realize their mistakes when they lose their investments.

That’s why anonymity is encouraged in bitcoin or in crypto. Not only to protect your investments from scammers or hackers, but also to protect your life as well from those who are planning to make an attack of you due to envy or jealousy.

Nahhh. Not worth it for me.
Making money then sharing it to everyone? You ruined your security already if you did that thing and for me, I don't see any benefits of bragging either your profits that you got in cryptocurrency or sharing your crypto investment with other people especially to those who aren't even interested on learning it or to those people who don't even know what cryptocurrency or Bitcoin is. Cheesy

Just be silent, and focus on your next strategy. For me, that would be a better move than spending your energy bragging those profits just because of your excitement. Spending your energy thinking of your possible next move after getting that huge profits would be beneficial to us as an investor. Saving some money, keeping a portion of your monthly income, and buy again during the bear market. That could be a strategy that we can use.

Don't brag, and stay silent. Sometimes, being humble is the best decision that we can ever do especially when money is related. Smiley

Since we live in a wicked world these days, it will be good to remain anonymous in your BTC investment because, you don't know who is whom and I have seen friends killed friend that helped them to become a better person in a particular business they were doing in the community.

If you succeeded to buy BTC during the bear run and hodl for bull run to come, just secretly sell your BTC and cash out your money secretly because, if you start shouting that you make such amount of money from bull run, it can make all eyes to be on you and it can make hackers to visit your account.
That's the trouble, a lot of people will share their winnings on twitter and instagram, maybe twitter still stays a little anon if you want it to (not towards governments but towards other users) but instagram is literally not anonymous at all.

So doing something like that could put you in big danger. Plus, you should not "want" to do something like that anyway, it is not nice to flash your wealth to others who are having trouble. That is what we lost in todays world, a lot of people who have money try to show the world how amazing they are just because they have money, and unfortunately just because you have money doesn't mean that you are a role model, it just means that you are good at business, that's literally one thing you are good at, doesn't give you right to talk about everything else.
Yeah true, you should not really want to invest and then speak about it because it makes you a target. Remember, our world is filled with people dying in poverty right now, and I mean like literally starvation levels and that would be one thing because if you are like that then you need to figure out something for yourself but people with families end up being in that situation, there is no force that can stop a father trying to find food and shelter for their kids.

So, when you brag about your wealth, you are making yourself a target to even good people who are in bad situations let alone just bad people, which we have plenty of anyway. So always be careful and you should be doing fine, just keep it silent like OP suggested.

There is another proverb that states, “money does not really change people, it merely unmasks them.” Those that reveal their holdings in order to attract the attention of others, are doing nothing else but to show how eager they are to receive attention by any means possible, it is just that they did not had the opportunity to do so, however too much attention is without a doubt a problem, as you never know who may listen to you and what actions they may take to try to take your money away.

Whether we do like it or not, there are really people who are really that boastful when it comes into their possessions on which they would really be trying out show up into the world on how much they do earn
or they do own as some sort of having that kind of ego that likes that they are really on that state which is more than on everybody else. There's no harm or there's nothing wrong on making yourself that being low key
on which try to imagine that millionaires or billionaires doesnt really flex out on how much money they do have. For security purposes then it would really be just that a common sense. If you are that someone whose
that average and did make out some big earning on a particular moment then its better to keep silent. You dont really know on whose people around you.

You are just basically putting up yourself on such big potential trouble or overall safety because dont really know on when those bad guys would really be making out such move.
It is really just that too dangerous on having that kind of behavior.

It's true, that many of us would have been so carried away by the activities of the bullrun such a way that we missed out on the opportunity it has when we are one sided with how we think and give approach to the pattern on the market, it's true that some may not be that sensitive in knowing that when the price comes in a better way for them to invest or sell and same way some don't have the full understanding to why they should hold and know the appropriate time for that, what they might be expecting would have been happening already and they were unaware of such.

I have these set of friends that loves showing off their wealth in public places, when we were in the university, and I also joined them in that act. As time passes on, and we were far from each other, I cut off from them based on far distance, and I later realized that showing off in public is a sign of pride and arrogant, which can attract envious people to plan evil against you.

Since then, I have always being a the low in my financial status and in whatever I am doing to avoid attracting people to myself. I have few closed friends that knows I am into bitcoin, but they don't know how much I have in bitcoin, and I don't always talk about bitcoin to them, because I know that it might lead to them wanting to know about my bitcoin portfolio. I only encouraged them to invest in bitcoin if they feel they are cool with it.

My wife knows I am into bitcoin but I did not tell her how much I have invested in bitcoin, and she would not even know how much profit I will have during the bull run, because I keep everything about my bitcoin investment secret. Staying on a low profile will prevent you from envy, jealousy, kidnap, robbery and sudden death.
It is of no importance to show off ones wealth, in this process, it only makes the others feel inferior to you and this may attract much more enemies than friends, even those that should be of good help to you in the future will have no other option than to flee from you, these are harmful practices that have ruined many and left them seriously in pain and regret after the cut. It is of good importance as you have evenly repented from such misdeed.
what most people are into is on how to convince others, maybe a friend to join in investing in Bitcoin but it is of no use, if they should doubt a lot, then they should sit back and watch the market grow, their is no need to show off ones portfolio.

Showing off your wealth brings no advantage at all, as the people that like you for who you are do not care about that, while on the other hand you will attract all kind of people that will be interested in exploiting you for their own benefits, however this is often an attitude found on people that have recently gained their wealth, while those that are old money and got their riches from generational wealth do not feel the need to do this, since they know it makes no sense for them to show off like that.

I don't see any reason for me to do that because at the end of the day, it is my investment and my finances and others don't need to know about them at all. I find this foolish if a person keeps telling everyone about where they have invested money, how much they have invested, and how much profit they have managed to get from their investment, I mean, why do you need to let them know? What do you want them to do about it?
I know that some people do this because they want others to appreciate them and feel that they are having the best life and they are great with finances and stuff but honestly, there is no need for that, and it is better to keep such things private in my opinion.

This is true realistically and logically speaking but we have different attitude when it comes to our achievements especially on profit. Some people can’t stop themselves to flaunt their profit just to impress everyone while other people who will see this will have different opinion too because some will praise him and some will be jealous.

In the end, We all have different attitudes and nature on how we deal things. We really have nothing to earn by sharing our profit in terms of financial gain but some people get some sort of accomplishment by letting others knew their profit due to their wise investment. It’s up to the reader on how they will react.

Yeah, these days I fear that further crash could be at play, and that is going to ruin the entire momentum that we have gained so far. I know that it may also not happen, which is what we all hope, but there is a possibility that it could happen as well. We should definitely consider what type of investment we have just at this moment.

If we have a good long term holding in place then even if a correction crash happens and sees us at like 60k or something in a week or two, then we are not at a position to worry, because we can hold until it recovers and goes back above 70+k. However, if we are in a position where we need to take profit but waiting a little higher, then maybe it is time to put a strong stop loss, so we do not get any trouble in the future.

I know that after this Bull-run, some of investors especially the newly Bitcoin investors would explode in towns like they won lottery after hitting huge amount of values in their Bitcoins investment.

Yes. Bitcoin, in conditions like today, is very difficult to move due to high market pressure and of course based on previous experience, this is due to high anticipation of the halving, thus triggering a short-term setback before the next halving occurs, which only lasts for 37 days and after everything returns to normal, exactly as you said. picture above.

After knowing what being jealous could result to, I hope we would keep our mouth shuts and keep up with out anonymities during and after the bull-run.
Silent is safety wise

Agree, this is a high moral message for those who are patient with the drama of rising prices after everything returns well from the market frenzy. This is also a trigger that will cause bad things if displayed excessively.
