In this generation of showcasing wealth which many see as the only thing that makes them get recognized as a person of value I still think many will fall victim and showcase their wealth after the bull run. Do you know the people that usually start this trend? They are mostly the so called crypto influencers on social media, you will see them Showing off their portfolio to increase followers which some of them will scam later. The naive Followers too join the trend too so that they can be tag a crypto expert too.

This has got me to ask, after the bull run and hopefully you hodles your Bitcoin til the ATH and then you have made enough money, are you going to go out there and let those who were in doubt about the profitable potentials of Bitcoin to let them know about your investment in the Bitcoin and how so well you are doing in the industry?
Nope, I'll keep myself low profile and will never tell anyone outside my family or even most of my family members that I've made such profits through Bitcoin. Actually, I am trying to get broke and that's what keeps me on holding on because it's unlikely that we'll be able to sell at the top when emotions are too high but other than that, you have to take profits when it's necessary and that's what I'll do soon but retaining majority of the slice of my cake in holding BTC. If you're too vocal with your investments and Bitcoin, please be aware about the physical attacks that can happen to you. Here are just examples and few of the many.

Life's but a walking shadow!

Nope, Bitcoin hodlings should never be public, no matter how eager or tempted you are to brag about it. There have been numerous cases of $5 wrench attacks, and i am pretty sure some of the victims went about making noise that they have made money from Bitcoin and this can cause one to be vulnerable to such attacks.

I don't see why anyone should have a problem keeping their mouth shut about their Bitcoin hodlings, if you have a million dollars in your bank account, are you going to make it public.

I don't need to prove anything to anyone about the success of my investments, even to people who underestimate me. Keep your success to yourself, people who don't like you still won't appreciate it so you don't need to prove it to them.

Especially when it comes to money, you need to consider privacy. Not everyone is happy when you are more successful than them with money, so consider that only you and your family know. This is wise advice about money, so think about it carefully before you make a mistake. Once again, keep your success to yourself.

There are thigs we need to teach ourselves and never expect others to take responsibility for, part of it is the way we behave towards the market seasons, this can be when the markets is dip or when we are on bullrun as the present moment is, we must not be too hasty in making conclusions, we must not be too forward as well as being slow about it all, we must ensure that we are able to make every productivity in what we do an achievable success at the end, we need to rethink before making moves.

I consider my investments to be private stuff, and I'm the kind of a person who would never share private things with others, no matter how close or far they are, even if they are family members, you are not supposed to share and discuss each and everything with them, that's not what a mature person does.

After a certain point in life, you are supposed to make your decisions yourself and then stand by them, and whether you face success or failure in your ventures, you don't need to share any of it with others to allow them to either be sad with you or laugh at you at your hardest times because not everyone is genuinely a well-wisher even if they show they are one on your face.

So, keep such things to yourself and don't share them with anyone.

What makes people go and talk about their successful investments, and then about their capital? I think it's just vanity. In the case of the guy who invested anonymously, if you imagine his next steps, the story about his successful steps can only be explained as a search or proof of his rightness to a friend. He can show by example that you should listen to him. If we are talking about good intentions and not boasting, then I don’t see anything reprehensible.
But more often than not, we see the opposite. Recognition is not enough for people, and they want to show their importance in any way. This is not entirely correct behavior. Modesty always speaks for the better about a person, and if you do not talk about your well-being, you are only protecting your life from unnecessary fuss that may arise around you from envious people.

Couple of days ago, I read about a thread with a background of how two friends discusses about Investing in Bitcoin but while one was unready with irrelevant excuses to put a realistic action to it, the other one has already anonymously invested and was doing well in his investment.
Later on the unready guy felt regreted on why he never invested. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63799458.
but the topic also gives me thinking if what if the other guy is just pretending and the fact is they are both hiding reality to themselves?  Grin Grin

All my friends don't know I am into Bitcoin not until couple years ago when one of my closefriend posted His market trading in crypto so we have talked and find out that he had been investor almost the same year I enter this market.

So Indeed Silence is better way to invest here.,safer and no pressure .

After knowing what being jealous could result to, I hope we would keep our mouth shuts and keep up with out anonymities during and after the bull-run.
Silent is safety wise

I remember that same thing happen during the last bull run, a lot of crypto influencers goes to tiktok and flaunt their riches as if they hit the jackpot or lottery and I will say that they are really take arrogant. But for true investors or who has been in the game before, I would say to just stay quiet, no need to brag it in social media or to your friends or cousins or whatever on how much profit you made. That is the sign of humility as well as a individual. So let this be a lesson again, as we are in a bull run already and there could be profit taking already. Just be silence and just thank that you have blessings coming your way and then enjoy whatever profits you make with your families and love ones.

I know about some piece of minds that are only patient not to reveal what is ought to be ever secret simply because they have not yet arrived at their exploits.
I know that after this Bull-run, some of investors especially the newly Bitcoin investors would explode in towns like they won lottery after hitting huge amount of values in their Bitcoins investment. But you must remember that not everyone is worth knowing your source nor even your values and hence, your Bitcoin achievement would become a point of jealousy to those who you left behind supposing to be on the same Bitcoin categories with you.

After knowing what being jealous could result to, I hope we would keep our mouth shuts and keep up with out anonymities during and after the bull-run.
