Don't make any decisions in the panic because of any decision in the panic always give you loss. This market is highly volatile and pumping & dumping is the normally done by the promoters and Profiteers of the particular token/coin. If you want to make good earning from here then you select the good coins from the top 25 of https://coinmarketcap.com and wait for right time to buy and sell.

Recently I have observed that for every pump or increase in price of bitcoin, there is no corresponding increase in the price of altcoins
