Yes i do. Because, family is the first education that we get. Condition of family is very influential in this problem. For example:
A baby that born in the harmonious family that have a good education be able to make a good community in the future, the other way a baby that haven't a good education from his family will be less of knowledge to make a good comunity.

yes I believe it is. why? because having a strong foundation in the family starts with them how you communicate, how you participate, how you accept and love each and every member. why does it affect the community? because groups of families is considered as community, and groups of communities is considered society. so how will you commit yourself to the community is you cant commit to your own family.

Yes as a human being with a family, i believe that family is a foundation of a strong cummunity. Because i also believe that everything that a society have is started at home with a family. If you have a good relationship with your family the you can adopt or relay it to the smallest society to a bigger community. Its just like domino effect, thats why you should give respect and bring happiness to your family and it will dessiminate to the world.

A healthy family it also represent a good neighbor, a good coworker and good friends so everything is related to the health, social health obviously, of the family so yes, family is the root of a strong community.
