Social media's are a very big help for the cryptocurrency to get more investors and the reason why bitcoins is not the amount of popularity is because of the consumers in the market that investing when there's a huge dump on the prices in the market so do not lose hope if your coins are melting.

Yeah but somtimes it was using by the wrong purpose, mostly scammers are using them to trick people and scam their money, cause of that people will have a bad impression about cryptos through that scam memory.

But still it need some help to spread awareness about bitcoin to those who are new to this coin and who do not know much about this coin and rely for the price and their investment only on news. We have to tell them that the price is controlled by the holders if the holders will not sell their coins then no one can reduce the price and when the holders sell it then the price decrease. We also have to tell them that it is an anonymous and decentralized currency so no one can rule on you and no one can control on it.

I think it would be a great help advertising bitcoin in a social media network, considering the large user base of every social networking site as well as the convenience of it. But actually, I don't think it would be "needed" for the cryptocurrenccy industry to flourish and/or grow abd develop. Because as time passes by, there are newer ways of advertising that yet surpasses the benefits of social media promotion.

I believe everything, what bitcoin needs are newbie-friendly products and well-established practices so everyone understands what is is about. Just by the fact one needs a deep research to start mining and seek profit is already a turndown for most potential customers. I mean of course researching it's not good for itself, but there must be ways for those who just want to scratch the surface and still be able to enjoy it.

yes it really need more promotions to widen its coverage and social media is one of the effective way to reach and educate more people how to use bitcoin and its effeciency and let the people know that bitcoij is not complicated to use.

Bitcoins does not really need social media promotions but altcoins do really need to have promotion because their coin will not get any investors if new ico's today will not create advertisement and promote their platform.
