I answered YES because I found some female friends involved in crypto trading. But there is one woman friend of mine who is really involved in crypto trading while she has to fight against cancer, which she suffered a few years ago.

I and some friends often share information or learn from each other. We support her so she can fight her cancer. But unfortunately, fate had other plans and she couldn't fight his cancer. She passed away  Cry Cry

We know the news from her brother, who we also know. That's really sad news for us because we are like sisters.

While I still know some other female friends who joined the local community. There we often share all things crypto and also learn from each other.

Woman do trade but just few of them, it will be difficult to see female cryptocurrency trader, I dont really know the cause, just few percentage of female are interested in Cryptocurrency trading, the way men are rampant in Cryptocurrency trading, you Will see just few female trading, maybe it's because of the risk associated with it, or maybe they don't have more enlightenment about cryptocurrency or maybe they are scared of losing their money in Cryptocurrency, I know women don't really joke with their money.
Well, that's what I know, women are not as popular as men who are involved in crypto trading a lot because this is based on some participants showing 10% and I don't know whether this will be accurate or not but women have more careers than trading crypto.
There are many reasons where women are less involved in cryptocurrencies than men, but I'm not completely against where women can't do it, in fact there are some women who can do business with crypto or even become officials in several well-known companies and there are many examples.

Cryptocurrency is an open way to get involved in it and there is no restrictions of age and gender to be a part of cryptocurrency investment. Now its depends on women that whether they become a part of it or not.

It is not necessary that only man will be successful but success can also be a future for women who make investment in Bitcoin but I think the mind of man are more likely to accept the loss and can enjoy the success but in contract women cannot bear such activities of losing money therefore women are not so  involved in risky field.

There are lots of women who are involved in cryptocurrency and they achieve good revenue from it but not all the women are familiar with it.

I can't say the percentage of women to men in cryptocurrency, but if a poll can be generated you can deduce that, I contribute a percentage to women because I am one.

Defin there's a good number of our active women in bitcoin world but we may not know how to take the statistics on their numbers because most of women always stay salient in most cases from being recognized, but that doesn't mean their effective roles were not felt at all, if you consider the forum as well, we have a number of them but they feels going low with their privacy because being a woman or man doesn't make any difference from the quality of what they should give out.

From what is in the field we can see that the crypto world is dominated by men and it is quite rare to find a woman who is interested in cryptocurrencies or blockchain. Even though now many women have started to join the crypto market, the number is much smaller compared to the dominance of men.

Some statistics do make data about bitcoin users based on gender, but I personally still doubt the data considering that bitcoin was not designed to also identify the gender of users.
Even when it comes to any specific bitcoin needs, gender doesn't matter. Just light knowledge.

I mean anyone can normally trade and I am not sure why is this even a question. My SO just did attempted to trade just like me back in the days and it was not working out in the end so she quitted on trade and it isn't just worth it just like my own experience in trading. We both learned a significant tech stuffs in Binance that time.

Even men get bored in tech sometimes and that's not only an experience for women.

Most persons may say no but YES is the actual answer
In the ideal sense the dominance of crypto currencies by women is in great progress. Bitcoin is  the most popular crypto currency and therefore a currency of such will be dominated either now or in the future.
Women engage in crypto currency transactions also like men do the reason you may feel they don't is because those that don't have not much idea about it.
2023 is an era that is no longer limiting every woman, now women emancipation has spread throughout the world so there are no restrictions for women to do something they like, the same goes with crypto investment of course women are now starting to open up to digital investment even though actually we cannot deny that women are more inclined to invest in gold or other investments that are more real, although there is no definite survey of how many women are involved in the crypto world, but I dare say that maybe 30% or 35% of women in this world already know about crypto especially bitcoin.

This industry is all about equality. Although that this is an industry dominated by men, that doesn't mean women can't get involved. Of course they are, especially when it comes to cryptocurrency trading.

I've known some women here in the Philippines who are active into cryptocurrency trading, no matter if it's spot, futures, margin, etc., even the traditional stocks.

They're capable of having the same knowledge in crypto trading as men. Equality at its finest.

If you ask me, then yes, the reality is that there are women involved in crypto. I have a couple of women friends whom I met online, and they are involved in crypto trading. There is no clear data on how many women are involved in crypto. Most probably, centralized exchanges would have some clear data since they verify identity. In a little search over the internet, I found that 26% of crypto users are women. But this data is not accurate; it's just a survey that was conducted by Gemini exchange. However, I assume that the actual number of women crypto users overall would be less.
To support your assumption, I guess I can also say that several of my co-workers especially women have also become traders over the past year. I know some of them well, but I don't know if they are already pro traders or just interested in trading because there are other influential people behind them. This proves that women's involvement in crypto be it trading or investing is not surprising, they also have the knowledge and skills to be successful in trading, but I'm not sure how many women are already involved in trading without an accurate survey.

It might be good idea to conduct special survey for forum members where it can support assumptions about women's involvement in trading crypto, but privacy must be considered so as not to harm one another.

In my opinion, in risky and high-risk fields such as cryptocurrency investment or gambling, the percentage of female participation may be lower than that of men. They like security and certainty, are not too adventurous, and are not as willing to take risks as men. But that doesn't mean there are no women in the trade, I still know some women in the market, but they are quite discreet and unobtrusive like us. Sometimes I find that they are better than us.

Women are a half of the world's population, and while women have fewer opportunities and unequal access to many things in many countries compared to men, there are still plenty of places and options. So of course some women do trading. I know one of them. She learned about cryptos from me some time ago and then got interested in crypto trading. She's very good at Maths and Logic, and she got pretty successful in trading. Moreover, she also taught her partner about trading and then they even made a small informal group of teaching trading to others.
The question is perhaps about the ratio of men to women in crypto trading, and it's likely that there are more men than women.

I think it's not appropriate to compare women and men, in any field, form, environment, ...

I agree, why are there always questions like this, and are there always comparisons between women and men not only in crypto but in all fields? While this is a question, but it clearly causes thoughts on whether there is anything wrong with women engaging in crypto trading. They are like us, as long as they have passion and knowledge, they can do whatever they want without anyone's permission. These questions only create more distance or distinction between men and women.

I don't know if this is a question or an answer, but trading is not gender biased; it is not exclusive for men or women as it was made to give us all equal opportunity to earn profit, and the truth is that you can see that there are a couple of women that are more successful than men because they are more disciplined and follow their rules before they trade. I really like following some female traders on social media because they are good at recognizing their biases.

Me too I don't understand this, is this a question or what because trading don't have gender of  masculine and feminine what man can woman can do better, women involve in crypto to invest because they see their fellow humans doing it and gaining on it some women are more interesting to invest and participating than men women that have enough wealth is in crypto, women can bear risk more than men, there are also many women who become
professionals, entrepreneurs and actresses in the crypto sector, cryptocurrency is made for both male and female,There are so many women involved in crypto world than anyone can imagine, and they make an exorbitant amounts of profits.

I agree that there are no gender rules in trading, indeed there are some women who are successful in crypto trading including in my country because it is true that as you said women are more thorough and disciplined in their trades.
But if we talk about domination today, it is true that men dominate trading, I believe that from the factor of the members of the crypto community and most of them are men and I only see a few women who are definitely the same in trading.

There are many women in crypto trading today, and many are ready to engage themselves to be involve because they have heard and saw what crypto trading has done to those that invested a huge amount of money some years ago to became a wealthy women in the community. I think, crypto trading is made for both men and women but men have more time in crypto trading than women that made men to be ahead of women in profits making, because men know when to invest and expect something huge to embrace. But women have a lot of home activities to carry out to make the home look good and to make food available for the family which may cause women not to have full time in crypto trading.

Your statement is so stereotyping. Saying that women have less time for crypto trading because of house work and less chances of making profit shows how misogynist you are. Like all the other things, crypto world has been male-dominated but there has been a shift in recent years as more women have become involved. Women are often underrepresented in the cryptocurrency industry which creates a sense of isolation for women who are interested in participating. Also, women in cryptocurrency trading face stereotypes about their abilities or interests. Just like how youve said it.  As the cryptocurrency industry continues to grow and same for women who enter and excel in various roles like including trading, engineering, marketing, and everything. Yeah there are still  challenges because there are still people like you and there are biases to overcome but the the cryptocurrency trading industry is becoming more diverse and inclusive, creating opportunities for women to contribute and succeed. There are so many women involved in crypto world than anyone can imagine, they just  don't make a big deal out of it.

There has been the same thread like this years ago and I think it'll will be a great help for you to get back to it: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/women-in-the-cryptocurrency-industry-2530836

Men are more involved but it doesn't take away the presence of women in this field. Even in this forum, there are women so it shows that women are also interested in bitcoin either trading or investment, but not to a large extent like the men are.

I personally know of a friend of the opposite gender that was deeply engaged in trading cryptocurrency long before I even decided to start to invest in bitcoins.

Women who are conscious about becoming independent financially are in cryptocurrency trading.
