Most persons may say no but YES is the actual answer
In the ideal sense the dominance of crypto currencies by women is in great progress. Bitcoin is  the most popular crypto currency and therefore a currency of such will be dominated either now or in the future.
Women engage in crypto currency transactions also like men do the reason you may feel they don't is because those that don't have not much idea about it.
So what if I tell you the first person who introduced me into cryptocurrency was a lady? Will you be surprise? Because Crypto just like any other digital skill, I see no reason why women shouldn't engage in crypto trading, as that is one skill whereby a persons gentle doesn't matter, in as much as the person is ready, willing to take the risk and has the funding capital to kick start your crypto trading. Anybody can do that.

Because if you haven't seen any woman trading crypto, then that means maybe she just want to keep it private on a low key.

If you ask me, then yes, the reality is that there are women involved in crypto. I have a couple of women friends whom I met online, and they are involved in crypto trading. There is no clear data on how many women are involved in crypto. Most probably, centralized exchanges would have some clear data since they verify identity. In a little search over the internet, I found that 26% of crypto users are women. But this data is not accurate; it's just a survey that was conducted by Gemini exchange. However, I assume that the actual number of women crypto users overall would be less.

Of course women do. Though they have been slower to get in than men. In the early years most people who knew about Bitcoin were probably either in tech of finance. And those fields consist mostly of men. Also men tend to just by nature have a higher risk tolerance than women. For these reasons much more men are in Bitcoin/Crypto than women. Also some women have kind of got it in their head that crypto is a male thing simply because the early adoption was so heavily favored by men, so there are definitely some women out there who avoid it because they think it is some weird thing that only men get involved with, which is too bad for those women.

There are plenty of women in crypto, and the ratio will even out over time as it goes more mainstream in the next couple decades. But for now it is still mostly men because adoption is still very early and few people even know what Bitcoin is so it still heavily favors the tech/finance/risk-okay people which are mostly men. But every year for now on this dominance of men should become less and less prevalent.

I have woman friends who interested into crypto trading but I don't tell them if I also do that for some personal reasons. But whenever I hear them, it feels like they just know about the basic thing you can ever imagine about crypto stuff where they know it mostly being used for "bad" stuff in the internet and stuff. But they still do it because they need money, probably just in my place but since they don't know how to explore around crypto spacing so I'd assume they will just always think like that.

Let's stop having thoughts that the market is just for men. Well, everything is now having that equal opportunity for everyone. Being engaged in crypto won't require you to be a male or female, it's for everybody as long as you've got the guys to be on this market then you're all good.
Whether as an investor or a trader or just an enthusiast about the market and its technologies, that won't give any special treatment to anybody.
This is for everyone who's seeking to be and getting involved in the crypto market. There is no gender racism in here.

OP, if you are happy to read some facts about women's involvement in crypto trading, then this one thread I think is suitable for your reference. There are survey results cited in the thread, there confirming that the dominance of women in trade is quite high compared to men.

"Singaporean women ‘outperforming’ men in crypto trades, survey reveals"
https://cointelegraph.com/news/singaporean-women-outperforming-men-in-crypto-trades-survey-reveals

The dawn of mankind is officially here. A recent poll from Singapore revealed that women managed to outperform men in the manliest games of all - crypto trading:
"As per the survey data, 76% of women reported either making money or breaking even on their crypto investments, compared to just 72% of men"

Since it looks like the answers were self-reported, there's a chance that women may not be telling the truth, to make themselves look better. But maybe there's something in the female approach to trading that would explain it (i.e. higher risk aversion?).

Link to the original survey: https://www.independentreserve.com/blog/news/independent-reserve-cryptocurrency-index-irci-singapore-2023
There's a downloadable pdf, they're asking for name/email but don't verify, so you can put anything.

It is also good to think that gender will not prevent you from getting involved in crypto trading, in fact there are many women who have been part of the team of a project till date. That is a fact although I am not too sure about the domination.

Even though now we realize that Bitcoin has spread widely throughout the world, as well as someone's knowledge of Bitcoin from both men and women, but I think the power of interest is greater than that of women, maybe saying that they know this, not all of them know about Bitcoin, and some of them may only know the physical appearance of Bitcoin and nothing more, and there are also some women who know about Bitcoin and how it works and the transactions involved.

The rest depends on the media and their interest in exploring full knowledge about Bitcoin, maybe for those who are interested to be more inclined to know about it and participate I think they have joined us all here for a long time, the problem is maybe only in the mindset part of them all, can't attract the conclusion that they don't use it, even though not 100% of women know about it, And I think the effect will be big for Bitcoin if the quantity of women will be bigger.

The question itself is a bit stupid, to be honest. Maybe males are participating more highly than females but that doesn't mean females are not in crypto. You will be surprised to know that female traders are outperforming male traders these days. I have read the news last week that females are doing better than males in cryptocurrency trading in Singapore. I can't find the link right now.

Just got the link. Here you go- https://cointelegraph.com/news/singaporean-women-outperforming-men-in-crypto-trades-survey-reveals

There are no gender restrictions for trading, and therefore, it can be done by both women and men.

I know only male traders (from public ones), but this doesn't mean at all that there are no women in the crypto space. I don't have much idea about trading by women, but you seem to have. Could you tell us about it if you bring up this topic?

Is trading only limited to the male population?  It definitely is not.  At least, not in Europe and USA.  So, you now have the answer.  Women are definitely doing trading too.  There are definitely women out there doing Bitcoin trading as well.

In my few short years as a cryptocurrency builder and trader all at the same time, I have had my fair share of females who dabble in the cryptocurrency world, and truthfully speaking, none of them are in passive roles like "trading". Most of them take up executive roles in startups which is something that is both inspiring and intimidating sometimes. I've taught a couple women too on how to trade cryptocurrencies in the past few years so there's that. The industry is pretty much riddled with males as much as females. It's just that the anonymity this industry boasts of is also acting as a form of double-edged sword that disallows women to get proper credit for their work sometimes, lest they risk being doxxed and having all their information released on the internet without their consent.

There is no restriction placed on women from engaging in Bitcoin trading. There are many women in the stock market and other trading sectors, so Bitcoin will not be an exception. But as much as I know more men are involved in Bitcoin than women in my country. This might be because of a lack of information and cultural barrier. In my country, women suffer from discrimination because of our culture. Most women don't have access to phones or the internet because our society feels that they might use it as a medium to engage in immoral activities. While the men have unlimited access to phones and information. This condition has limited the interest of women in the Bitcoin sector.

Based on your statement, it seems that due to your cultural discrimination to women, causes them to not have access on free informations online where they can do their own research about crypto, which is true since learning Bitcoin could be done online. Even back in the days women discrimination is already a thing, they were restricted to go to school and their only job is to be a housewife. Which is not can't be considered in our current situation since there's already people who fought for the freedom and women empowerment. If your country is still in the era of women discrimination then its the worse. There's a lot of possibilities that women could do if they are not restricted in online like surfing in the web and learn how crypto works. Even not online, even other things, there's many women in the world that contributed a lot in the humanity. It would be better to raise the women empowerment in your country. Not only for them to have freedom just to learn Bitcoin, but for them to have their own decisions in life.

There have been increasing adoption of cryptocurrency and Bitcoin trading among women and this has increased over time since women can easily combine remote work with him running in most society today and young married and single ladies have gradually adopted the most lucrative economic activities forex trading and their successfully building themselves toward financial independence through bitcoin trading in particular.
I don't know if Binance exchange provides statistics on gender traders on the exchange, but you will be chuck at the number of women in cryptocurrency activities.

Everyone can be involved bitcoin irrespective of gender, I know just few percentage of female are interested in bitcoin. I taught some girls about cryptocurrency and they are good traders and good investors, and am having a sister that’s into cryptocurrency investment and she is doing fine, but I don’t really know why women are not really interested in cryptocurrency maybe it’s because of the risk. We all know women with money, they don’t want anything that will tamper with there money, but men are great risk taker.

Women may not necessarily get too much involvements in cryptocurrencies because of the associated risk in so many of them, but in bitcoin which i know well about, i believe women have been into it for a while now and why it seems not too visible for many to know this is because they aren't interested in gender base when it comes to bitcoin since it's a p2p network, but i can tell you I've been on a several encounters with women buying from me on p2p just from their names being displayed i know they are women.
