I think if have a business, its not a good idea but ofcourse depending on the business you own. Some countries needed license in able to transact bitcoin. If i own grocery store its not very wise to use bitcoin because if a costumer buy just small amount and cost a penny, do i need to use bitcoin? Plus, bitcoin can use only with internet.

It can only used without internet if the buyer will have a bitcoin stored on paper note. And even the the buyer buy with small amount, bitcoin can be used because it is still supported by bitcoin wallet especially coins.ph without a transaction fee. For me it is goos to accept bitcoin on business because it's price is always inflating every year. So why not accept it? It will makes transaction fast no more changed and at the same time it serves to as an investment.

I accept them everywhere i can, i even sell some stuff to my friends for bitcoins and sometimes i make discounts on stuff i sell just if buyer pays in bitcoins
it is a great idea. by providing a place for bitcoin then we have helped to develop bitcoin. if someday bitcoin is always used in all transactions daily, the digital era has begun.  Cool

I do not accept the bitcoin in my business because the fact is that no one is really interested in it from my customer so that is why I do not accept it right now.
But if your business is posted online maybe it will not be hard for you to gain more customer especially now that bitcoin is growing, but still it depend on what product or service you offer.

Maybe try to make some payment option in your shop, just like the other one stated that he put notice infront of the store, you don't know maybe there are many bitcoin users in your local area. Because like in our area, many people are using bitcoin nowadays. There is no harm on trying mate.

i am a carpenter/ handyman and furniture repairer and i accept it as payment , acually prefer it. are there any other places other than gambleing and tech stuff  that accepts it there is a beekeeper in north carolina that does also
Yes im definitely accepting bitcoin as payment into my sevices but if then can't really pay bitcoin i don't force them to pay me physical money is always does i can use them into another purposes try to trade that and earn much money make bitcoin as your side line Tongue
yes i also do accept bitcoin in my business but there is a very very little response from the customer, actually in my area a very little number of people are using bitcoin as most of the people have even no idea about bitcoin that what is bitcoin and how it work.

That's true, but you have done a good work by accepting bitcoin into your business even at a situation where only few users have known about bitcoin into your locality. If users right now don't get profit now on bitcoin acceptance sure soon after few years users will benefit as the price as well the bitcoin adoption increases over the coming years.

I agree with this, that even the fact you accept it as a payment is a good thing. In that way I'm sure you'll stumble upon people who don't know what it is and ask about it. I think bitcoin should have more cases, because in case the event happens, you can have a good conversation about it

I do not accept the bitcoin in my business because the fact is that no one is really interested in it from my customer so that is why I do not accept it right now.

how do you know that your customers are not interested in paying you with bitcoin? did you ask them about this and they said no?

maybe you should add the bitcoin payment option (bitcoin is accepted here sign) and then see how many will use it. it is not that hard to do it you know.

Yes people will ask you only if they see that bitcoin is accepted at your place and unless you don't display it no one will come to know about as they must be thinking that you are not aware about bitcoins.
If you have a physical store, you have to make it visible for the potential customer that you are accepting bitcoins, that is part of your marketing also and bitcoin is just one of the option as a mode of payment by your customers.

Yes and if it is visible to people then those who are aware about bitcoins will surely start spending them and it will also create an awareness among those people who are not using it.
It is like you are advertising as well in the physical world, most of the advertisement are done in the internet so as a businessman, you are doing a great job for spreading awareness about bitcoin and that is a big help or support to make this project a success.

but it will be my pleasure, i like to accept bitcoin from customers in my business, as there are very limited number of people know about bitcoin, but still i have mention on my front side of my shop board that bitcoin are accepted here, and that is only i want that people may know about bitcoin.

No doubt that you put the board of accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment but how many people in your area are aware about bitcoins and if they are not aware did they ask you what bitcoin is all about?

I do accept bitcoins in my business. I really want to use bitcoin to trade, buy or sell things, services and pay for salaries. Sadly, most of people in my country does not understand clearly what bitcoin is so they decide not to use bitcoin in any purposes.

That is a major drawback we are facing at a moment as no one is aware about bitcoins so even if we implement bitcoins in our business it will be of no use as no one will be willing to use it.

I don't have any real business at a moment as I am having a full time job where I get paid in fiat and mostly I spend my time on trading sites from where I keep on earning bitcoins and that's all for me.

Yup same is the case with me as at a moment I don't have any plan to get into business that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment and even if I have it then also there are not many people around me who are aware about it so there is no point in accepting bitcoins.
