No, if someone commits a premeditated murder, he/she should have the death penalty. This should not be different from state to state, but a federal law.

If not, you can kill someone and live in jail for 10 years and then go free? No, especially with the tax payers feeding the inmates and paying to keep the jail system afloat.

I am not agree with all kinds of killing whether it its legal and definitely not legal killing, No we can become better as a society than that, if legally kill a person we then cut their rights which is the right to live even tho we know the fact that that guy is a killer.

An eye for an eye. You take someone's life , I take yours. If you are against the death penalty, think of this question, "What if someone has done harm to your family?" I'm pretty sure your opinion would change. Everyone has a revengeful side. It is better to let court handle it rather than to let the victims carry out the sentence.

But then you need to take in to account another aspect as well. Although rarely, innocent people have been framed for the crimes which they didn't commit. If that person is given a death sentence and is executed, then it is going to be a gross miscarriage of justice. I support death sentence, but only for instances in which the guilt of the accused is 100% clear.

No. In a world with an imperfect legal system the cost of executing even a single innocent person. Justice should be about to rehabilition not just about punsishment. The denath penalty implemented by a state is just murder by another name.

I don't agree in this kind of penalty but for some reason country who has this kind of punishment in their country implement good rules. People who live in those country , I think is more disciplined than others.

I dont agree to death penalty because i am a human right lawyer specially the death penalty is a cruel penalty or punishment in humanity because only god can get you life and not a human beings or even you. The best way to have punishment is the lifetime inprisonment and that the best punishment in humanity and the government judiciary system

According to my point of view, death penalty should be there for higher criminal cases. Because it can use as a rule for control people by attending for criminal cases like murders, rape cases etc. Therefore if it is functioning the death penalty in a country, it may help to minimize the above types of criminals. So i am agree with death penalty.

may I agree with the death penalty if a person's mistakes can only be redeemed by death? may be cruel, but someone will not get such punishment if they never treat people cruelly too. I believe in God and I believe that life is a choice. god is give a chance to be a good person, but human chooses to be a bad person. Actually, the human can be nice, but did not take that chance. okay, a sorry word might be given, but maybe if it's not the death penalty it gets, the crime will never end.

yes i agree with the death penalty because some of the people are abusing the law just because they have just found out that they are jailed and have a bail right away .. especially with rapists there should be a death sentence for others to fear violence and crime
