Yes I agree, but in some cases, not all cases, for example for the Drug Producers or if someone brutally murder.

I am agree to death penalty. Death penalty should be given to the rapist, killers and other henious crimes. Imagine if one suspect kills an innocent person, he already took away the life of that person, so he deserves a death penalty.
Yes, I totally agree to implement death penalty to every criminals who perform illegal and immoral things. We don't have to be afraid if that law is implemented if we do not do something illegal and bad. Yes, life is given by god and only him can get that life. People have the right to live peacefully, so if the person do a crime that must not do to every people, i guess that person need to be kill, i agree to death penalty if the person do a big crime .

Personally, I think that death penalty is too brutal for me as a punishment for criminals. However, there comes a time when a crime committed is too bloody and inhumane that I feel that only death penalty is the rightful punishment.
We must implement the death penalty in order to maintain the peace and order or the world. We must trust our government that they will give equal justice to everyone. We don't have to be afraid even there is death penalty if we act ethical and legal. Only who violate the law will be affected by that law so its not alarming for me.
It's my firm belief that there is no place for death penalty nowadays. Of course, there are people who deserve it such as kidnappers, rapers and killers. But unfortunately we cannot defenitely figure out who is really guilty and an innocent man can be sent to death. I think that movie "The life of David Gale" spotlights this issue vey strongly.
