If it could create a deterrent and not be there are more people who break the law as did others before they could be a death sentence will be carried out and this will be the best way out of a problem.

I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.
Legally, no, absolutely not. A legalized death penalty causes all sorts of problems.

However, I don't think I would have many reasons to hold back if anybody were to harm the people dear to me.
The only reason for me not to torture and kill somebody who would've killed someone close to me (maliciously and on purpose), would be the fact that me going to jail would hurt the remaining people close to me.

If none were left however, I would most likely go all out and make sure that nobody could stop me from unleashing hell on earth for the responsible people.

Would happily accept any sort of divine retribution with open arms as well at that point.

Alas, I still disagree with the death sentence, mostly because corrupt assholes would use and abuse it for various nonsensical reasons.

Honestly I'm not also agree with this death penalty. I think life time imprisonment is enough, because this death penalty is favorable for those who rich people. And frame up is one of the reason that I was totally disagree in death penalty.

No because God is the only one who is responsible to get our life not us... Death penalty is a barabaric way of punishing a person who commit a crime this is against the law...  Even they are acused as a criminal still they are a human and every human deserve to live according also in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or ( UDHR)... We are not created by God just to do this ridiculous things...  It is enough for the criminal to get in jail...

Death penalty is a punishment that can't be undone. Judges are people too and they can do mistakes. Some of them take bribes as well and it would not be difficult to set someone up for the death penalty instead of the real culprit.

Well, this is an issue we should not ignore. What you just said is true but how can we protect ourselves from who has no conscience on killing people or willing to do worst crimes. We know that human are not just being motivated to avoid doing crimes by just merely simple punishment without death penalty and so as for me we need that punishment in our world.

Yes, i agree in death penalty. People now a days become worst and worst, crimes becomes more brutal, others kill their own families in a brutal way, rape their children and many more. What do you think you have to do to those people who commit that kind of crime?. For me that's the only crime that deserves death penalty.

I agree with the death penalty !. because the death penalty can have a great deterrent effect on others who want to commit a serious crime. for example for drug dealers, terrorists and corruptors. We often see on television about drug dealers who still canrunning his business in prison.

I agree with it, but also I'm particular of which crime and criminal that deserves it.
It's a messed up world we live in, crimes nowadays are becoming gruesome and are
horrific. People are filled with hate and lack empathy. I believe death penalty may
serve as an example and warning to those criminals. If they deserve it then I think
death penalty should be imposed. Although to some it's a controversial and a very
sensitive topic, there are nations that don't carry out such a punishment.

No im Not Agree Because death penalty is savage kill the people or person
I think the death penalty should be done this will give an example to someone not to do it. if the crime he committed is large enough and to the detriment of many parties and the country I think it is very appropriate. if we do not do it then the crime will become more rampant in this world.

it should be decided via voting, some small cases may not even be interesting for a vote so those guys get a jail.
Others like corrupt politicians will get a huge amount of interesting proposals via voting of their punishment

Personally, I think those who are given the "death penalty," are being let off too easily in a sense. I believe they should be forced to do harsh labor work. That way you don't run into the "religious" issues, and these people will actually suffer for whatever they have done to deserve the "death penalty."

For anyone who thinks death penalty should exist but only with good investigation then you should check out a movie called The Life of David Gale to see how hard it can be. Also read up on a lot of US based appeal cases where someone who was innocent can get wrapped into a guilty plea or charge.

I dont see a need for it as I dont see it as a deterrent for criminals to commit the same crime in the future.

No even with a lot of reservations I still think this should not be a way of punishment. Actually it is more hard for criminals to be in behind bars rather than ending their life.

I think punishment is necessary, but the death penalty needs to be investigated in a good way. The punishment to be applied against the great criminals must be determined in a good way. Most important; he/she must confess guilty offense.

I basically disagree with the death law because it robs people of their right to life. But if he was a savage killer, for example every crime do not escape from killing. Even when beberapakali out in prison still kill, apparently for this reason can not be forgiven again. Rather than continuing to kill the lives of innocent people, the law of death was worth giving
