For me, I a'm not agree in death penalty, because not all the times that the person in the prison did the crime, some of them are just a victim. so if that innocent people condemned so that's unfair, because he or she did not get a justice.

nobody should be killed... death penalty is not accepteble.

I agree with that. But how about the crimes that he/she committed? Now a days criminals doesn’t have fear to do heinous crimes. They just think they above the law. Or the law is too lousy that they don’t mind. The implementation of the law is the key to lessen the crime. If we do death penalty we make sure that the accused is guilty of what he/she done. The evidence is legit. It’s like the criminal deserves what he deserved.

Now most of the criminals are doing such a heinuos crime like rape to the child and murdering to their people and they don't feel any afraid to do that in the people, in myself im totally agree of the death penalty so that most of the criminals doing that are now thinking first before they do some crime.

I think death penalty is cool with some offence. Using Nigeria as case study I think if this in place then corruption and all it manifestation can be curb.

Yes. For some serious crime such as rape, for drug lords, corrupt politician. But we also have to make sure that the person really commited crime. This is for the criminals to have fear. Because I think right now criminals have no fear.

I don't agree on death penalty because only god knows and has the right to take away our lives. And it clearly stated in the bible and in his commandments that killing is a sin. The intention of removing bad people is good but killing is not appropriate. We all have a rights to change for a better not to kill for nothing. I remember the saying that "You can't correct a wrong, by doing another wrong".

Setiap negara punya kebijakan masing-masing atas hukuman mati, tapi saya setuju jika memang hukuman mati bisa menghentikan angka kejahatan didunia ini...

I will never agree with this. I do not believe that judges have the right to dispose of the destinies of people. You can not do it this way. Only God must decide whom to live and who to die for

God is doing nothing for years man, and when everyone dies at wars he's just watching and crying or what? I thing that taking life from people is wrong but no death penalty exist.

No! Killing all things is simply wrong. Many countries have abolished the death penalty. Its bad, cruel and evil.

I don't know. But if I was to choose, I don't agree. I thought someone's life is irreplaceable. How bad in what they have done, people don't deserve to the death penalty. Taking life without giving them opportunity to redeem their sins, it's just cruel. Everyone has their right for the life.

the death penalty is an indispensable measure for bringing a verdict on the court, but how blind is our justice and on the dock are not the guilty people whose people were forced to admit that they did not commit ... the judicial system in different countries punishes their people according to their own laws and rules, but the death penalty, it seems to me to be only when the fault is 300% proven on all sides and there is no evidence in the other direction ...

I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.
At first I didn't agree with having death penalty. But when you watch the news and see all those fucked up things people do without remorse, most likely you would want them dead too, especially if you're connected to the victims.

You are absolutely right. Only when one of your loved ones get killed or raped by these monsters, you will understand their pain. Till then, you will argue for forgiveness and all that BS. I am all in favor of the death penalty, and I don't care what the others think about it.

Lebih baik dilihat dari  bagaimana seseorang melakukan kejahatan itu, kalau kejahatan dilakukan dengan adanya rasa kemanusiwian, menurut saya pantas untuk dihukum mati.
