I smoked for 15 years , but two years ago, I took it and he snapped . And right now I do not regret it! Quit smoking - this is a very bad habit ! Any good it will not !

I doubt that there are health benefits, but it is quite complicated to explain to non smokers. We can not explain and you would not understand. This is why vaping is beneficial since it has less disadvantages. The disadvantages of smoking outweigh the advantages.

There never used to be so many anti smokers around, I think it is mainly that peoples minds are taken over by the mass media anti smoking hegemonies...
There are other ways of thinking about this, but ya have to be strong minded to have your own thoughts instead of thoughts that are implanted by mass media.
