i think so far, i can control myself when i am playing gambling because in every time i get win, the next thing that i am doing is i stop for a while like about five minutes and then i continue to play and when i think i have enough for playing the games, i close the tab of the games in my browser and then i continue with my real life work.
if you can really control yourself in gambling then you are really a good person. you may have strong determination also. i think most of the people cannot control themselves while playing gambling, including me i also feel it very difficult to control myself in gambling,although i already know that it is now i am losing money but still again and again convincing myself that next time i will play better and will make good money.

While play gambling and lost, do you add more beting or stop play gambling? I always add more beting and deposit again, i can't control my self. Do you have suggesting for me?
I can control myself. I would advise to learn to accept lose if you can afford to lose you would be careful when you're gambling again.

Yes i will suggest my self not to play more than with little amount on daily basis. Because we need to set some limitation in order to control ourselves, other wise it is very hard to sustain in this difficult world with all the expenses.

Actually, control is the goal in my opinion. The key is self-discipline. Your suggestion is absurd to be honest. Just setting limitations will not help at all.You just need to force yourself to stop gambling. Try to do something else and distract yourself when you think of gambling and had gambled enough for a day.
