Whether we lose or we win, we have to have a stop point. If we have no target each time we start a new session then we tend to play without direction that will lead us to lose our money in the fast way. Gambling is a mind game and if we can't control ourself then we won't able to enjoy it!
Isnt easy to stop when you winning but when you loose its easy, the thing is it will always depend from the situation you are, if you are lucky you will keep and even knowing that you may loose your profit , but gambling makes you blind at some point.

The only problem is even though you can recover all those losses eventually, you would have to stop to actually recover. Otherwise, your debt would be greater and greater until even if you continuously work and have good sources of income, you still can't pay the debt.

So, I assume that you are a bitcoin thrower. This addiction of yours in gambling would not help you in your everyday living, I hope that you know that. Instead of depositing another amount of bitcoin, for you to have something to spend in gambling, why not just invest it, or use it on Trading and other stuffs that you are sure that your bitcoin would return to you in time, and will not lost forever like in gambling.
Setting an amount of bitcoin that you are going to spend in gambling everyday will do, for you to not lose all your bitcoin is just one shot, so if you lose that certain amount that you have set, then try again tomorrow, or just do it 2 or 3 times a week, because trying it everyday means you are trying to lose your bitcoin everyday.

I think it's hard to define such thing in a game in which you depend more on luck, but I think it's possible to have a greater self-control to not put more money than you should, and know how to stop when you've already made good amount of money. very true mate. instead of having self control, we tend to be more greedy. and whats the result? we tend to lose more than what we expected. gambling is more on losing than winning if a gambler has no self control.. i know we get excited everytime we win and try to bet more hoping to win more unfortunately what happens in contradicting to what we want. for me, everytime i gamble (i usually play dice games but im kinda like playing satoshi mines) and then im starting to lose, i always cut and stop playing because once i started to lose, i kinda think that well already, i cannot concentrate so i always stop playing so i wouldnt lose so much.

I think those people are already addicted in gambling. They don't think of what can be the future result if they contnue to gamble even if they just lose money from it. They won't just stop gambling until they realize themselves they are already in debt. And lost some of his friends or family. Gambling is really not good for long term if you treat as an income. But if you only treat it as entertainment then gambling for long term won't have any problem.
