Yeah that's right. There needs to be specific plan that you know you can strictly follow when you start gambling. This possibly is the hardest part when you engage in these types of games as the more time you spend in it, the more your emotions will get involved. And when that happens, you lose control. So before it goes to that point, you should be able to force yourself to leave no matter how hard it is.

It is quite difficult for everyone so it is good if you gamble with some fixed amount then you no need to worry about controlling instead you can fully focus on games and enjoy these games. actually it is hard the accept that we have lost the money because we joins a casino only because to make money therefore it becomes hard to accept the fact and for returning our lost money in gambling we bet again and again.

I think that is already a gambling addiction. You can't accept the fact that you lose your money that instantly in gambling so you try to recover it and the more you lose the more you are desperate to recover it until you are broke from gambling. If people won't stop that behavior early they will get bankrupt in a matter of time.

That's what out of control means. Sometimes it looks foolish to be like that, you keep on betting even though you are losing. There is no sense on continuing a move when you already know that you are losing. Funny but only few gamblers know how to control themselves when it comes to their bankroll and gambling, many just fell in the trap and believing that there is a big pot waiting in the end.

I agree with you. Experiencing losses or even winnings can help you improve in gambling.
