I haven't experienced it yet in online gambling. Maybe that's the reason why I prefer and contented with gambling online than interacting with people on physical casinos.

The feeling is natural especially when you are losing, and your competitor has their friends close to laugh at you when you quit.
I think that's more difficult to handle when there's people who would laugh when you decided to quit whether you are winning or losing.

~snip
But that's one of the purposes why we gamble right? To earn money. And I think it's better than quitting because you have lost all of your money. At least, you can go home with more money.

~snip
I guess you are good at handling pressure. Sometimes I like being pressured but not with gambling I guess. I feel like I won't be able to think properly. Especially when you are playing with people you don't really know.

Yes and I think it is natural for a gambler who is losing,

You will feel the pressure if you really want to win which is hard to avoid because when you are inside a physical casino, you have nothing in your mind but to win. You won't even notice the amount of money that you already lose because you will lose your control.

this is true  and i remember this happen most of the time when i play on a real world gambling  .

if you are winning it feels not right to stop when your opponents still have some funds left and wants to continue playing yet  but if you are on the loosing side and you said you wanted to quit , that is allowed .  it only suck sometimes because your winnings can sometimes turn into losses if you have an urge to stop but you cant due to embarasment  and also your scared to be beaten up

I don't request loans~
Yep. You know how there's a form of psychological gaming in physical gambling right? It's like lying to your opponent unseen and undetected. There's also a form of psychological pressure when being watched by your others. If you've been in a contest or tournament before, doesn't need to be about gambling could be whatever, you'd also experience that form of "pressure". As for playing around your money to bring about pressure, that's a bit more complicated since it involves a bit of lying around with how much you have that could easily be seen IMO. The pressure at times isn't really about the money but rather the opponent when your playing against another.

In physical gambling (whether it's a big casino or just small gambling), do pressure on your opponents or playmates actually happen? Like for example, you only set a limited capital but since your friends still want to play, you will end up using all of your money. Or let's say in a casino, you have used all of your allotted money on gambling but since your opponent is winning and he wants to play more, do you exceed on your limit? Just because you don't want to look like you are afraid, that you don't have enough money already, and that you are losing?

Since I do online gambling, I don't feel this kind of pressure. I can stop whenever I want or when I have used all of my money. I don't feel embarrassed or what.

PS: I'm not sure if this topic already existed here and if there's I'm gonna delete this thread.

That is why there are a lot of loan sharks in the casinos or the casinos offer a credit line because there are players who will always fall to the temptation to play within their limit, and if you do not have the control you will likely end empty-handed or borrowing from loan sharks, this is why physical gambling casinos is riskier than playing online, because of the teasing that is going on between players.

Therefore I prefer physical gambling to online gambling, because I prefer to feel pressure. Spur my adrenaline when gambling with feels pressure,
I really enjoy gambling like that. But because of the spread of the corona virus can not be stopped. I can't play physical casinos yet, I really miss
feeling pressure when playing physical gambling.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
I think I'd be more pressure if I'm winning and I want to leave the seat and that gives them the idea that I'm just a money grabber because I'd win too much. The good thing is if you know them personally I think I'll not be pressure that much but if it's just acquaintance, the pressure really was there.

There's no rule on physical casinos I guess that's if you win too much or lost you don't have the right to leave your seat, it's always your choice.

The only "pressure" that exists when gambling on a land based casino is when some dumb ass makes a brain dead move in blackjack which makes the whole table want to slap him.

You see this in Vegas at low limit tables. Grandma's having her first blackjack session and his hitting 17's against a dealer's 5. It's absurd how many people will torch their own money in games they have no idea how to play.

In physical gambling (whether it's a big casino or just small gambling), do pressure on your opponents or playmates actually happen?
For many people, it will give influence, whether small or much in pressuring especially the mental psychologically. At least, there will be some conditions where you may fee like:
1. You should focus more on your playing, while there are many people around you. Moreover, a game matched or competing with other people. The pressure is the biggest obstacle because you may lose your focus.
2. The pressure will happen moreover if we think that our chance to win is very low, it may make you feel so stressed during the game.
3. The pressure comes from the opponent that is at least he is more experienced, confident, competent, and calmers than us. It will really press us at all.
4. When you cannot manage or control your emotion better than the opponent, you will feel stressed and pressed at all.

The pressure that we feel is actually normal. However, when physical gambling, should we follow the pressure? Should pressure beat us so deeply, although not playing yet? No, the answer is no. Whether we just feel the pressure, trying to be calmer and more focus only on the game is the best situation. You may not be able to win at that moment, but, it doesn't mean that you must get depressed and pressure on that. emotional and risk Management is important at these.

Remember it's not bad to say no because you are the one who controls your life not them. I have a friend(s) just like this but everytime they try to force me to continue to play I always ignore it and give them a reasonable excuse and thankfully they respect that. I don't think if you have some kind of friends like that is a true friend, think again. I always play for entertainment not in the purpose of making money by gambling. So basically if I win or lose it doesn't matter since I already set my mind.

Of course, it is normal but the point is what is your reaction to that feeling? Do you accept it and continue playing until you spend all your money?
Personally, I won't spend all money just following the feeling of prestige. It's a shame, it means we have double losses, lose to control ourselves selves + lose to keep the money. I will let those people laugh, just leave and we don't see them anymore. Bye!!  Cheesy

This seldom happens to me when I play with my friends. I only feel pressured if the pot is already big and if ever I am doing the right decision or not. I just enjoy playing and make sure I don't go over my limit when gambling. I never let my self get consumed by greed and stop whenever I need to stop.

We will never deny that's really happening eventhough how calm we are and if we see the pot getting more bigger and bigger for sure our sweat will drop and we will feel almost peeing in the pants for wanting to win the game, I came unto that for so many time and I hate the feeling of losing especially you feeling to win but suddenly the table turn upside down.

my husband had experienced this kind of pressure...
my husband used to be a poker gambler, but since he married with me, he almost never went to play poker again, he said that one of the keys to winning in poker is not only luck but also pressure, even those who have bad cards can win if he is able to make a mental his opponent fell.

with friends? yes, but it is usually the one who is losing who wants to play more in order to at least get back what he lost but still ending up with more loses.

Or let's say in a casino, you have used all of your allotted money on gambling but since your opponent is winning and he wants to play more, do you exceed on your limit?

with strangers in a casino? NO, I won't entertain a stranger with the risk of losing more of my money just because he/she wants to play more. but I might if I am enjoying playing with him/her.

Yes, physical gambling always has pressure on me personally because my own personality is not confident when there are many people who pay attention and therefore also is a reason why I prefer online gambling. But, because that personality also makes it easy for me to leave physical gambling, but in reality I am never satisfied when gambling physically because of that pressure makes me very uncomfortable when betting.

Depends on the situation and only if needed. But what is the difference with online gambling sites ?
I think players will also get the same pressure if needed, especially for those who dont stick to the principle.

Even so, it doesnt have to be done if we want to control this kind of spending and pressure if we follow it we won't increase opportunities because we only have a 50:50 chance of winning. Come out and come back tomorrow with a better mood.  Wink

I always feel that pressure especially when I'm losing but I do have a balls to say, I would like to out for now and will never push to recover my losses on that particular session.

I don't care for what others will say. Sometimes, if you just want to prove that you still have funds and you can continue as much as you want, it will just lead to much worst result. I'm a typical gambler that if I feel I'm losing, I will take a break to regain momentum, then refresh everything and come back the next time.

Honestly, it's easy to get out if you are losing rather than you are winning. You will never know what will happen next if after winning against your opponent, you will just get out right away even they still want to play.

If you do let your Pride control you then you would definitely have this kind of pressure you do say on where you cant
just accept that people would just tease you or looked down on you just because you cant play anymore which i can say that
this is really a bad habit on thinking up things.

In my case, i dont really care if id loss because in my mind i already anticipated that high chances i would really waste up my
allocated money to find up leisure that i do seek of by means on playing gambling physically and of course if you win then
you win if not then move on.

Undeads.com - P2E Runner Game

It happened most of the time.

A good example is;

Sometimes in 1 v 1 or 1 v 4 and you are winning, you need to stay on the table until the game is over. You will just be able to get out if ever you lose. They can't force you to stay if you are winning but to yourself, there's a call that you need to say. It shows respect to your opponent that your game will be decided if ever one of them loses until no balance.

I feel this many times and become used to it. The game I'm talking about is Chinese Poker.
