Definitely sports (or other events) betting for me.
With casino games, you know for sure that the house has a mathematical advantage over player (unless there's some sort of bug or exploit heh), whereas with sports betting the odds are always judgmental, and many times I can find bets that I believe have too high odds (ie. underdogs' chances are underrated) and I would try to take advantage of that.
But casino games can also be fun and can net you some profit with a bit of luck, especially with a low house edge games.
Many users said gambling on sport can make you earn money since it's depends on your analysis and prediction about the outcome, while casino is luck based games and it make the house always win. It's true about the casino, but not entirely correct on the sport. If most people are keep making money on sport, then how can the bookies are survive? of course the bookies will going to bankrupt very easy.

I also mostly bet on sport, it is because I do not have time like before. But I still bet using casino some times that I am not busy and have nothing to do as I like Roulette which is very easy for me to use little amount of money for when I am bored and have nothing doing.

Then you're missing the best and most exciting part when it comes to playing in a casino everyone is to each their own, they don't care what games others are playing and they don't care about other's opinions, it's their money and their enjoyment that matters, so let play enjoy what they are doing they will not take your advice anyway.

For me it's also mostly sports. I don't mind to play something else like crash for a minute but I don't enjoy these fast paced games like I used to.
